840 inspections was recommended by my realtor for a new property in Spring Hill at Wilkerson place. As a home buyer, I was not sure how the inspection works and did not realize the value of getting an inspection done before a final walkthrough for a new home. I was physically not present during the inspection but was represented by my realtor. I must say I was really impressed with the detailed report and home inspection video (which I was not expecting). Chris did an amazing job with the inspection and caught things that would have left unresolved by the builder. Even the builder’s project manager was impressed with amount of details that Chris had in the inspection report, he did indicate this was far best report he has seen in the recent past. 840 inspections were prompt in communications and were at the site as per the schedule. You won’t go wrong or will regret taking services from 840 inspections. I recommend Chris and 840 inspections. Thank you Chris for the wonderful report and your professionalism. My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home and when I came to google and saw the reviews, we felt very confident when we chose to go with 840 Inspections! Kevin was very thorough, and we received our inspection report a lot quicker than we anticipated! We greatly appreciate him and will definitely suggest 840 to anyone asking for an inspector!

Very poor work did not do the job I paid them for. I had dry rot on sub floors and more damage because they just looked under my house from outside the crawl space. Thanks for the free money I paid to yall and the damage I had to pay to fix freedom of my rights I can give my voice on here hire someone that takes pride in there work for This kind of work not these people

Kevin is fantastic to work with. He is punctual, thorough, and communicates his expertise in relatable ways, with helpful photos so the homeowner can “see” what he sees. I have worked with 840 as a realtor with my clients, and they are who I call when I need a professional assessment of my own home. 840 does a great job of organizing things that need to be addressed in a home very matter-of-factly, without creating panic. They are my go-to inspectors!

Utilized 840 Inspections for a new home purchase, and the inspector was very professional, punctual, and most importantly very detailed with his findings. 840 Inspections were very professional, my inspection was done in a very timely manner. The video of the home inspection was great, the time the inspector took to explain each detail was great and very much needed. Would use again and again
