Mona at Atlanta Appliances 4 less was a godsend at the exact moment we needed assistance. I called ahead of time and she confirmed that they had the dryer in stock. We went over immediately and she immediately took care of us and was able to set up delivery and installation within 2 days AND they took away our old dryer. Excellent experience!!

I was able to successfully obtain a washer and dryer for my property which I did not have before. Shout out to Mona for her support in getting me to see the appliances. Since they are individually owned, some of the locations have other incentives than their other brands. So far, out of the three that I have gone to, this location has been the best. I would definitely come here again if I happen to be looking for appliances.

I was shopping for a washer and dryer and came across Appliances 4 Less. The staff was incredibly attentive and helped me choose the right appliance for my needs. I was debating between vented and ventless options and even considered a washer/dryer combo before deciding on a stackable set. Nina was exceptionally kind and answered all my questions throughout the process. Checkout and delivery scheduling were quick, easy, and affordable. I’m excited to receive my new washer and dryer this Wednesday!

A great and easy experience! Nina clearly communicated everything to us. She was very professional and easy to talk to. We feel very taken care of and walked out with a great new energy efficient LG washer and dryer combo. Highly recommend!

I took my grandmother to purchase a new dryer. Nina helped us and she was extremely informative, friendly and patient with us. It’s the smoothest transaction EVER!!! The store was also very clean and organized and for it to be a scratch and dent business the appliances were in very good condition compared to other stores I’ve visited. We will be back for future purchase!

I really liked my experience until it came to returning the item less than 2 hrs after purchasing. BEWARE they charge a “restocking fee” if you choose to return. This is not in their final paperwork, I was not made aware of this prior to purchasing the items, and the only explanation Nina (manager) provided is that the “notice” on the 8x11 paper is posted behind her desk. Can you see it?

The policy is clearly posted in bold on an A4-sized notice behind the desk. While it may not be a large banner, it is placed prominently and unaccompanied by other notices to ensure visibility. We will still take your feedback into account and explore ways to make it even more noticeable.

I ❤️ my shiny new, mildly dented stainless steel LG dishwasher! As a legally blind, non driving consumer - Mona made my phone shopping experience so easy… We had a good talk/& text communication… Their pricing/& services are quite reasonable… & their appliance super-heroes came and: uninstalled our old dishwasher (that only sort of steamed our dishes); installed the new LG; & halled away our decrepit model… So simple… I am a very satisfied customer… ;)
