I got an old got tub that had been neglected for years from a friend. Two other tub services that I hired to get it fixed did half-***ed work, and the tub never got fixed. Then I found AAA and Richard (owner) came out and got it running like new. Later, I had another "problem" that turned out to be a simple programming error on my part. I called Richard, and he diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes over the phone and told me how to fix it instead of coming to my house and billing me for his time like he could have. Richard is professional, friendly, competent, and HONEST. He will always be my first call when I have tub problems in the future.

Used this service for the first time today, my hot tub would not stop running continuously, he checked out all kinds of things and then determined it was the programming, fixed the programming and I found the amount for the service call to be a fair price. From speaking with him I can also tell that he is the kind of person that will advocate for the customer even if it doesn't make him as much money. Would definitely use again.

Last October our impeller was plugged up and my husband was very ill and I called Richard about help for the problem and it was hard scheduling because of my husband's cancer treatments but he worked around a time to get someone out ASAP and fixed the problem in one day. He is honest and at a time that was very hard for us and I recommend him highly.

Highly recommended! I hired AAA Repair & Service to diagnose, repair and replace several components of a very old in-ground hot tub that had been giving me problems for a long time. Richard is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be done to get my tub up and running again. He and his crew replaced a heater, fixed a broken pump, replaced some old PVC plumbing, and also offered some other good maintenance/usage advice. Pricing was very reasonable, and he didn't try to sell me any extras -- he actually did some extra work on the side at no charge. Communication was always very prompt, and the work was done on time just as scheduled, even though it involved sourcing some hard-to-find replacement parts. The work was all done in time for us to enjoy the tub in the cool fall weather, and this company will be my first call if I ever have any future problems. Thanks for the great service!

Richard was great! Called with a heater problem and he asked if I had the manual. I did not, so he actually emailed it to me . Instructed me on what page to change the functions and just like that the problem was solved. I will use and suggest him for all my future spa repairs.

Before contacting AAA Repair , I contacted 2 other companies to repair my hot tub for a leek and both of them where not successful. I had this leek for two years. I am so happy that I called Richard. He was very nice and very professional. Richard and his crew came so many times to see what is wrong and each time they found something to fix. I was worried to pay so much but finally their price was affordable and guess what they fixed it. Yay! I recommand AAA Repair and Service highly and let me tell to Richard , you guys Rock. After reading all these great reviews I decided to call Richard. I called left a message what my problem was he called me promptly back. I described what was going on, Richard walked me through the issue. He told me to try his suggestion and call him back. I tried it, it worked. No charge. NOW that an honest busy man. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a repair with their pool or spa. Richard provides honest and reasonable rates for quality work. How often do you find that these days. He’s super friendly and personable on top of it. I know for myself, if I ever have a problem with my pool or spa AAA repair and service will be the place I call!
