Travis, the ABC technician, was very polite and thorough and let us know what he was doing all the time.

Formerly Security Pest. Same employees. Chris P., my tech is the best. Courtney at the office can answer all Pest related questions. If they decide to clean house with their local staff they will loose this very Happy long term 20+ yrs. customer.

Highly recommended Update 7/29/24: Mr. Daren Rimkee did a great job for my pest inspection & control. Super personable, friendly, and professional Update 7/28/23: Mr. jakob martinez handled my pest inspection & control very professionally. Great communication. He even checked the attic, which I had initially forgotten to ask him to do. Update 7/28/23: Mr. Colton Dennes handled my pest inspection & control very professionally. He was very thorough I thought as well. Update 04/20/23: I received great pest control service from Mr. Dylan Hubbard. His communication was outstanding. He texted prior to arrival. He graciously accommodated my hectic schedule. He arrived on time. Update January 26, 2022: I received great pest control service from Mr. Nathan Russ. His communication was outstanding. He called prior to arrival. He asked if we wanted both interior and exterior treated or just extended prior. He arrived on time. Was very polite & professional towards me Update Nov, 2021: Mr. Chris Donahue provided excellent irrigation services. Very friendly & professional Update July 24, 2021: I received great pest control service from Mr. Nathan Russ. His communication was outstanding. He called prior to arrival. He asked if we wanted both interior and exterior treated or just extended prior. He arrived on time. Was very polite and professional towards me and my wife. He asked questions designed to determine where any problem areas might be. After completing the job, he Let us know he was finished, and quickly summarized his findings. Shortly after he left he then promptly followed up with documentation of the job he performed for us today Update March 24, 2021: once again I received great service from Mr. Dago I’m having some challenging irrigation issues. But Mr. Dago has been working very hard to narrow down the multitude of possibilities of what my issues are. Before he arrived at my house, he called to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated that. After arriving, he Carefully explained The next steps he was going to take to try and resolve my issues. After diligently working on a couple of possibilities that didn’t pan out, he carefully explain what his next steps would be to get my situation fixed. I received his formal report via email shortly after he left. Overall extremely happy w/ his service I received absolutely OUTSTANDING service from both Jordan Vetito & Brett Hebert with ABC Pest Control. I was having issues with birds nesting in my attic . I was going to go with another pest control service, but after seeing that other company's rather concerning negative reviews, and then seeing ABCs overwhelming positive ones, I canceled my meeting with that other company & went w/ ABC. I'm so very glad I did. Jordan came out the next and did a thorough review of my situation. After explaining my options, I felt confident that ABC could readily handle my issue. When it came to scheduling, Jordan also went above & beyond to get someone at my house the very next day. As far as the actual service itself, Brett came out & did a fantastic job of quickly removing all the birds, nests, eggs, etc and then sealing up all the actual and potential rentry point to prevent the situation from happening again. My wife also commented about how friendly, personable, & professional Brett was. So, I can't recommend ABC highly enough. Outstanding people & service, at what I felt was a fair price.

Both Francis and Roy were very professional. They both explained, in detail, what needed to be done, and took care of the problem, with no reoccurrences since the work was completed. Very polite young men.

I fired this company last month for not taking care of what they were being paid for years to take care of. They had the nerve to charge me again this month and when I called to get them to return my money they tried gaslighting me, refusing to return my money, and bargaining with me to keep their services. Unfortunately they couldn’t understand why I refused to continue to use them as my pest control! Only after arguing with me for well over 30 minutes did they finally agree to return my money! This company cannot be trusted to handle anything and I do not have the time to babysit grown adults being paid to keep all bugs and rodents out/ away from my house! Nor do I have patience with a company that was fired to defraud me by continuing to charge me

Terrible service. My lawn is always cut very long. Their sprinkler adjustment ruined large areas of my grass that's now yellow. For the level of service and the price I would never recommend this company.

ABC pest control technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, personable and focussed on the best service for their clients. Arturo, our technician, has been with us for years. We know him and he knows our family and our house and has always done an excellent job.

Andrew Engel did our quarterly service today. He did great and took care of the wasp that we had on our backyard without any instruction from us. Thank you for being a reliable worker.
