Great day on the GBR! Small group charters are the way to go on the GBR! Safe, fun, very informative. All of the dive guides are marine biologists and they spot things you would never find yourself - from Finding Nemo, to giant wrasse, all the tropical fish you would hope for, as well as a white tip shark. Shout out to Inma, Sam, and Capt. Jason! Thanks for a great day!

Great Experience! The whole crew was very professional. Paula and Inma were snorkeling with us and showed and explained very professionally many very interesting things about reef and marine life. This really gave a distinguished and personalized experience.

Do this! This is the only way to really snorkel on the GBR - 9 people, smooth comfortable transport, no other boats in sight, untouched reef all around, fish of every kind, amazing coral diversity, top notch equipment (including prescription masks) delicious food and, best of all, enthusiastic marine biologists on the boat and in the water helping you to discover and understand the amazing underwater world. If you do nothing else while in Port Douglas, spend a day with ABC. It was the highlight of our Australia tour!

An amazing and unforgettable experience. Undoubtedly the highlight of our family's stay. ABC's professional and enormously knowledgable staff kept everything safe, simple, informative and unforgettable.Swimming and snokelling on two coral reefs with creatures we've only ever seen on television was an exceptional experience. The swim group leaders Paula and Inma were as skilled, helpful and in control in the water as on the boat. Fabulous experience of a lifetime This was the most mazing experience I have ever had on a vacation. Inma, Sam and Jason are experts and also warm and inviting. We went to areas you would never see on a larger charter. There is not one thing I would change and wish we had time to go again. Great value for a magical memory I will never forget.

A spectacular experience Thank you Sam, Paula, Inma & Jason for a fantastic day out on the reef!The small group meant we were able to reach locations other boats are unable to. I really appreciate that they change up the locations to minimise the impact (but also to go to where the reef is best!) The guides were fantastic and pointed out many fish and coral and displayed a lot of passion! I hired the Gopro and got some incredible photos, which Paula also helped to get some great footage.

Great snorkeling in a small group My partner and I booked a snorkeling tour with ABC at the beginning of October, and it was great! Our captain was Jason, our snorkeling guides Sam and Paola.We had 2 sessions. Both times we were split in 2 groups, one for each guide - so you are 6 guests max per group - and we saw loads. Turtles, (healthy) corals, countless species of pretty fish of various sizes like clownfish, trumpet fish etc. Some of our fellow snorkelers saw a shark and a barracuda. My personal highlights were the giant clams, which I had never seen before.Between the sessions, we had tea and pastries. After the 2nd session we had lunch (a chicken wrap if I remember correctly) during the ride back.Beyond the snorkeling, which was really good, what made the trip great was the size of the group and the passionate crew. Jason took us to great spots. Sam and Paola were super engaged, knowledgeable, fun and attentive. I had a health issue which made swimming awkward, and my partner is generally a poor swimmer, but Sam and Paola checked in with us at the beginning to understand our needs better, and made sure we were fine at all times. At some point Paola even waited for me while I was attending to my health issue on the boat for the 2nd session while Sam had taken the rest of the group until we could join. I was so embarrassed, but they acted like it was the least they could do. They could name everything we saw and had a piece of info for each fish. Top guides.Overall the experience felt much more personal than any large tour we could have booked. Thank you ABC!

Perfect trip! Perfect trip! The crew was very professional, helpfull and enthousiastic. All instructions were clear and we got a lot of tips and interaction. Because of the small group you will get a personal experience. Recommended!

Bucket list trip to the Great Barrier Reef This has been a bucket list trip 30 years in the making. I did a ton of research in advance of our snorkeling trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Having a 30 year boat Captain with local reef knowledge and two marine biologists swimming alongside us in a small group made us all feel very safe. Our boat allowed us to go to smaller reefs with INCREDIBLE views. While snorkeling, the guides pointed out various corals, fish, and marine life. Don’t miss this intimate, very informative and educational adventure led by passionate advocates for the Reef!!!
