I will add to the long list of glowing 5 Star reviews for Able Air. I came home from a 2 week vacation on Saturday and found a very cold house and a very dead furnace. I called the company that installed the furnace 16 years ago for a service call to find out what was wrong with it. When the technician came he did not see an opportunity to help a customer, he saw an opportunity to sell me an ultra high end heating and cooling solution. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a major issue with my furnace, told me it could take 8 weeks to get the part, and sent a text to the sales guy to close the deal for some new equipment. That is when I called Able and got in touch with their sales rep Mike. Mike sent a technician named Sam for a no charge second opinion and showed me the major problem. Since the furnace was old I decided I wanted a new one. Mike figured out what I wanted and what I needed by asking me the right questions. Every other sales person I spoke to before deciding on Able asked "how much do you want to spend". In other words they wanted to know how much money I had rather than presenting me the best solution for my specific circumstances. Mike got me a new furnace at a really good price and the furnace was installed the next day. Nadine from their office called me to arrange the installation and aside from organizing everything was just a delight to speak with. The crew that came out installed it and left my furnace room spotless. Thank you Varun for taking so much pride in your work. My family is warm and cozy and the smart thermostat they installed works flawlessly with Google Home, phone app, or I can adjust it manually.
