He guided me through the mounds of paperwork and legal jargon that is required to buy. With him I understood every document and that took the edge off of what I felt, at times, was signing my life away. He was interested in my personal situation. Review for Member: Matthew Houston Unexpectedly responsive and helpful Matthew went out of his way to get us the best deal on our refi. When I let him know our bank made us a better offer,he contacted me after hours to tell me he would try to get a batter rate, after being turned down he texted to apologize then quickly turned around and said they went ahead and gave him the go ahead to beat the offer from our credit union. Once we gave him the go ahead he got it processed and closed in a week. Super fast and a pleasure to work with.
