These people were great to work with. Very friendly, timely and professional. The quality of the work was excellent.

My dad purchased a mobility scooter from Access Mobility and could not have been more pleased with his experience there. As a salesman himself for forty years, he always appreciates sales people who know their products well and are honest, kind and thorough. Both Angie and Tony at Access Mobility were excellent and fit that description perfectly.

Not only was I looking for a place with a large selection of walkers to choose from, I wanted a person with knowledge of the products and their use to assist me. That's what I found. Angie was able to explain why the handlebars should be at that height and what the pros and cons were of the various products. I'm extremely happy with the walker I selected.

Great customer service. I worked with two different people and both were extremely nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. I found the perfect fit for my needs. There was no pressure to buy and was even able to take the scooter out in the parking lot to try it out. Plus they completely showed us how to take it apart for easier lifting to put in the car. Everyone was so nice and patient with me and all my questions. Great experience and highly recommend. Thank you for your service as this will allow me to do more things with my daughters. 😊

Very pleasant experience. Great selection built around ones personal need(s) and supported by very knowledgeable staff. Angie was very accommodating, giving Suggestions to consider and thereby making all the reason more to look no further, should future needs arise. Well established family owned entity. They certainly brought a BIG smile to my friends face, with expanding his freedom of mobility...a few noted Tears of joy being present. Forever grateful will he remain!

Long wait, very laid back people who take their time. They do a good job but don't seem too concerned about time.

We had an emergency when our mobility scooter was damaged while in town for only a few days. Dawson was able to help us completely sort the scooter and get it in working order first thing the next morning. We are so thankful and so impressed by the amazing service from Dawson and his colleagues!! Would recommend to anyone in the area

Access Mobility INC made the process of installing a chairlift in our business a seamless experience!! From beginning to end, Greg Henson was available for questions and consult as we moved through the process. Access Mobility was able to install the chairlift in a timely manner and Greg was wonderful in scheduling out inspections and all needed appointment as quickly as possible. We had a tight timeline and Greg helped to reach our goal. Installation was perfect ! The chairlift looks spectacular.

Very knowledgeable people. Helped us identify exactly what we needed and put us in touch with other services. Who knew there was a lift chair designed to help with lower leg edema. Very wide range of stock. Would definitely purchase from Access Mobility in the future.

Great customer service and attention to detail during installation.

Tony was an answer to prayer. He had a vast knowledge of information regarding scooters that we were interested in. No pressure sales. Was great at assisting us unassembling and assembling the scooter so it would fit in our Prius. It can be done! Pleased with the product, price and salesperson. Would highly recommend Access Mobility for any handicap equipment.

Not pleased with the customer service. Called about leg extensions for my wheelchair and the person who answered acted like they had no clue what I was wanting, they suggested I call At Home Health Care, I did, and they knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to quote me for a rental or purchase. EDIT: Joe reached out to me and explained that it was a misunderstanding by a new staff member, Joe then proceeded to help me find what I was looking for, so it was a 180 in terms of service. I’m glad it was a major misunderstanding and it was easily explained and corrected. Thanks again!

Access mobility has a great selection of mobility products. Angie was very sweet and showed me options to get my mom a new walker. I recommend this place to anyone who has mobility needs.
