Acosta Air Pro did an excellent job of cleaning and sanitizing my ac system and vents. They were very honest showing me the video of the accumulated mold in my air handler and vents. Most companies just come and change the filter and spray with disinfectant. Jose and his partner used a machine to properly clean the air handler. They put hvac system under negative pressure to draw the debri to the vacuum. They removed the air handler wheel and cleaned it properly. They also did hepa aire cleaning of all the vents and thoroughly cleaned a mini split unit. They explained everything, showed before and after videos and worked diligently and quietly to accomplish the task. They were polite and respectful of my property. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Acosta Air Pro LLC. Call and ask for Miguel.

When I entered Acosta Home and Air Pro's showroom for the first time, I was greeted by one of the owners and the sale manager. They were so welcoming and professional explaining to me how a heat pump system works. They did everything from the permit application, finding a reliable electrician, applying for a grant with Con Edison to installing the whole system! They have been so pleasant to work with. I am working from home so I saw how well they work! They were discreet, polite, showed up on time and cleaned before leaving. I have also called them a few times for a faucet leak, bath tap not working. Every time, they came on the same day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Acosta Home and Air Pro, if you want reliable and friendly contractors and heat specialists. Even my dog loves them!

I've been having intermittent issues with my AC unit. Haven't been pleased with the HVAC company that I've used for years, so I decided to try someone new for a 2nd opinion. I contacted Acosta Home via email on a Sunday evening , not expecting to hear back from anyone, however, within an hour I hear back from Miguel who says he will come tomorrow, Monday 9/13. My email to him was "I think I need a new AC Unit and or repair". (that's because I was told that my AC servicer that I've used for many years). Miguel came by on Monday afternoon, discussed the issues I've been having, etc. He quickly diagnosed that I INFACT DO NOT HAVE A LEAK and my AC Unit DOES NOT need to be replaced. Again, my other service provider said that's what I need to do. Miguel checked the unit and diagnosed why we were having a problem. It had nothing to do with any leak" or "my AC unit being replaced". I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Miguel went above and beyond and it shows how much he cares about providing excellent service . I highly recommend Acosta to anyone needing his services.

We hired Miguel and his team because our AC was not functioning properly. We were expecting an expensive replacement of the unit but the professionals at Acosta Home Pro provided a thorough cleaning and repair service for all our units. They also cleaned our dryer ducts making it work more efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and would recommend them for any AC needs.

Miguel came to install a mini split unit in my house. He quoted me a reasonable price, showed up on time, did a great job, and also explained to me how to better maintain my unit. Super professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I highly recommend them.
