The team at ComfortMax did a great job of installing our air source heat pump in our home which is located in an historic district. I had concerns about running the lines outside the house--it was going to be difficult to determine whether they could be run internally during the assessment phase--and they were honest about that. Once they started work, they discovered they could run the lines internally and placed the heads in maximally efficient locations. They were great about clean-up and leaving everything tidy. Extremely professional work. We are very happy.

I just had my house’s heating system replaced and everything went really well. We got an incredible rebate (I loved it) I'm more than happy with Comfortmax's work. We just closed the solar project too. It was totally worth it for us.

I chose ComfortMax to install a heat pump through the MassSave program. Arthur took the time to explore options with me and helped me choose the system that was just right for my home and my preferences (ducted over mini-split). He was kind, respectful, and clear. He made himself available for questions throughout the process. The office helped with all the paperwork for applying for the heat loan (0% interest for seven years). Alex led the crew that installed the heat pump and air handler. They were very respectful of my space and did a great job with the installation. It took all day for them to take out the old air conditioner and furnace, install the heat pump and air handler, wrap my ducts, and install a new return and supply vent to a previously unheated room. They brought positive energy, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly, and explained the operational things I needed to know. Now ComfortMax is handling the rebate. A truly great experience, and I highly recommend them!
