Steve installed our garage door 13 years ago. I lost his contact information. I had a company come out and they said my belt needed to be replaced, plus the support hardware - $370. When I manually closed the garage door, Steve's contact information tag was on it. I called Steve - he said the LiftMaster belt has a lifetime warranty. He gave me their contact information, the part number and I had it delivered free. Steve came out, charged me $100 to install the belt and found the rollers needed to be replaced - $100. So happy I called Steve and established our connection. Highly recommend. Honest and fair prices.

We had a wonderful experience with Affordable Door Service! They came out on a Sunday afternoon when we could not open the garage door, and my car was stuck inside. They got the door opened quickly, and I was so thankful. We had them come back out the next week and replace the opener and springs. They were timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. Steve and Matt came over to look at my garage door to see if could be fixed or if I needed a new door. All that was needed was for the pulleys, tracks and rollers to be lubricated. Two other companies said I would need a new door as the existing one couldn't be fixed. I'm still getting an estimate for a new door and they will have my business to replace it in the future when it needs it. Thank you Steve and Matt.

I have to admit, these guys were on top with it. I called with an emergency situation and asked if they could install a garage door opener due to my fiancée crushing her hands trying to close it from the outside. Steve came out as soon as possible within 24 hours. Steve and Matt installed one and had it up and running in a few hours. I would never use anyone else but this company. These guys are GREAT!!! First thing in the morning, my husband goes to leave for the gym and we realize our garage door wont open. I frantically look on google for someone who can come asap! After about 6 phone calls with other local companies, I called Affordable Garage Door and they were the nicest, most courteous and helpful company i spoke to. They were at our home within just a couple hours and had the garage door fixed in no time! They were reasonably priced and we will use them for ALL of our garage door needs in the future. Steve and Pam are awesome. Steve came out after 7 to fix my garage door that fell down, because the coil broke. Pam answered the phone and gave me suggestions until Steve called me back. He got the door closed and came out the next morning to fix it totally. They even called me back once when they were at a wedding out of town. Now that is customer service. I can’t say enough about them!!! Thank you!!
