Hello, im here sharing my experience with Air Medical . first i would like to thank Xavier , he was Amazing , he was kind, super Helpful, guiding us throug the process, he answered all our questions (and they were lots ) , he answered all of our calls and mails super fast , that is something that you are thankful when dealing whith an Emergency , My Dad Arrive Safely and on time , the itinerary that was sent was followed. i also am doing this because i read the reviews while i was searching for the Air Ambulance company and they Help, so if this can give Anyone peace of mind you'll be in good hands.

Very good communication and support. Xavier in operations was very helpful with arranging the flight. Xavier was very flexible on the timing of the flight as we coordinated hospice arrangements back home. Xavier was available at all times of the day and weekends to answer questions and help navigate the trip logistics. The flight crew was professional, kind, caring, and accommodating. They met us at my wife's room at the MD Anderson hospital along with a local Houston ambulance service. They monitored my wife's condition through the entire flight. They accompanied my wife and I to our home and helped the local ambulance service with transport and into her bed. The bed to bed service made to the trip as easy as possible for my wife. All of the trip logistics were handled by AMT. The status of the flight was communicated to our family members, the MD Anderson medical team, the local ambulance services, and home hospice. This allowed us to coordinate the initial hospice visit on a Saturday evening. The hospice folks commented that the communication updates from AMT were amazing. The local ambulance services that AMT used provided first rate service. I was able to travel with my wife in the air ambulance. My wife is very happy and comforted to be back at home. The word she used to describe being home is 'ecstatic' The air service was a blessing as it was the only way to get my wife back to her home.

Our family is very pleased with our recent experience retrieving our loved one from Puerto Rico. The whole team was communicative and comforting during a stressful time. They made the process easy, and their price was fair and competitive. They are certainly professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We found ourselves in a difficult and serious situation. My husbands illness was terminal and he had become so weak the only way to return home was by medical flight. This service was not only efficient but compassionate. The medical staff and flight crew were professional yet tender. They made it possible for my husband to pass peacefully in his own home in the care of those who loved him. The company was also very helpful and responded immediately in providing documentation that I needed for insurance purposes. They are amazing folks.

Xavier was incredibly helpful in getting this transport set up on a Sunday for the next day. Our son was unable to walk and was handled all the way on the stretcher very well. The trip went exactly as was committed to us and carried out in a very professional and caring manner. They kept us well informed via email in the preparation for the trip and during the flight and the ambulance transport on both ends. It was flawless from bed to bed. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing air ambulance service. We had zero complaints.

Air Medical Transport helped save our father's life. When our back was up against the wall and my father's life hung in the balance, Xavier from Air Medical worked tirelessly with us to coordinate the necessary flight to move my father out of an ICU bed in San Salvador to Houston Methodist Hospital where he has been given a fighting chance. The service is not cheap and we had to scramble to come up with the money, but this company helped us coordinate between hospitals, advocated for support and their personal relationship with hospitals in the United States made what seemed impossible at the time become reality. The medical flight crew was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They worked well with the doctors and nurses out of San Salvador to provide a smooth transfer and the pilots were friendly, professional and made what would have been a 3.5 hour flight on a commercial plane a 2 hour flight on their leer. Superb service. On time in every aspect and very professional. Xavier went above and beyond to meet our needs. The medical staff that arrived and received and flew with my brother were courteous and professional in every aspect.

People here were very professional and understood the need of the customer. I kew ahead of time if there was any change on itinerary. I requested information about the business and Mr. Paz was happy to provide it quickly. I definitely would recommend their services.
