This company, is a great, Kenny is very reliable and very responsive, he's quick to answer or return calls, we're at Capital K Contractors have used many different HVAC companies in the past, but I think Air Specialest is the go to company from now on and I highly recommend them.

Terrible service. I agreed to pay for rush shipping for a part that was going to take 5-7 days to come in because they said it would deliver in 2-4. After taking exactly 2 weeks to come in, I was still expected to pay for the rush shipping which I did not get. After telling the service tech that I didn’t think it was fair or in good faith to charge me for the rush shipping, he suggested that if I didn’t pay it, he might have to uninstall the part. Mind you, I was perfectly willing to pay the $699 inflated “labor” cost for the 20 mins it took him to install that part which was under warranty. I followed up with a manager who told me that there was nothing he was willing to do. He said that the issue was between me and the distributor. I explained that I was doing business with Air Specialist and being charged by Air Specialist. He said that they were just the middle man and that I needed to pay the shipping cost and haggle with their distributor on my own. He also had the audacity to tell me they weren’t in the business of being taken advantage of by customers. At this point I had already paid for everything but the shipping. He said the shipping cost would be a remaining balance on my account and would void any remaining warranty. By the way, the installs my unit which is less than 5 years old and I’ve already had them replace the fan motor and blower motor. Both times the part was under warranty but the labor cost was extremely high. I feel like this is a scam. Either way, I will never do business with them again, nor can I ever recommend them. Unfortunately, I had already recommended them to a family member who used them to replace their entire unit. Buyer beware!!
Mark did an excellent job troubleshooting my a/c & heater problem. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the problem to me in terms I could understand.

I would highly recommend air specialist to others. We used them for a full 3.5 ton HVAC system replacement.
Brandon was the one who came out to give us a quote and he was very informative and thorough, he was the main deciding factor in us choosing air specialist over other companies.
The initial quotes were very comparable to other companies quotes, but Brandon worked with us to provide an even better quote.
Jesus Moreno was the one who did the installation and he was fantastic. He took his time and truly took pride in the work he did, which was very evident in the final installation.
