Alex is the most skilled massage therapist I have ever seen. His massages actually IMPROVE MY PAIN and keep me going. I feel like a different person afterwards! I prefer deeper massages that relieve pain long term and Alex is the first to ACTUALLY deliver on this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Alex's bodywork gives me the wings to fly!
I have gotten a lot of bodywork over the decades; as a professional dancer and yogi, I have gone through seven bone fractures and many injuries! Alex's bodywork clearly redefines what it means to "get a massage"and his myofascial tissue release and other bodywork techniques leaves my body feeling embodied, fully energized.
He is gentle in his work, and yet firm. I experience lines of energy opening up in both the back and front of my body. I regularly have discomfort in my hips and spine and getting up from the table after a session, my whole body feels buoyed up, I walk away more grounded, knowing that with continued release, and consistent bodywork sessions, I can do a great benefit towards my own healing, breathing new life into the core of my being.
