Guy hung up on me immediately after I said hello. I called right back, thinking it might have been a problem with the connection, but no, the guy is just rude, he didn't even apologize.. I asked if they do any window repair and he said no, I asked him another question about the topic and he hung up without answering me. Very poor customer service and curtly rude for no reason. They are NOT "All About Doors and Windows"

I am impressed with Robert, Carlos and ALL ABOUT DOORS AND WINDOWS. Robert measured all the windows perfectly and efficiently. Their prices were very fair and the windows are well-made. They are good quality windows. The installation went well and later on when one small scratch was found, PGI brought their people out and installed a brand new kitchen window. I like the integrity of ALL ABOUT DOORS AND WINDOWS company and was very impressed with the installation process. Thank you, ALL ABOUT DOORS AND WINDOWS and the excellent products which you stand behind.

A great company to get your impact windows from in the Florida Keys. They show up when they are supposed too, they answer or return calls and did an excellent job installing our windows. I strongly recommend using them for your next window or door project.

Great window company !!!

I used these guys on 2 different projects and never again. Once their product was out of warranty all they want to do is replace the whole window again. They don’t replace glass or do any repairs. All they say is it’s out of warranty and replace the window.

The story of my nightmare installation is a novel. It's nearly impossible to believe so many things went wrong. We chose ALL About to support a local business and have local service if needed. We chose low E impact windows to replace our old windows that were inefficient. We discussed our goals with the rep and were given a price. Never discussed a budget or the types of windows that exist or what they do/don't install. I just didn't know and assumed they were high quality windows to be installed in the Keys. Our first appointment was scheduled to be a 2 day install, I took 3 off of work because I know how installs go. Day 1, a window being removed broke that put thousands of pieces of glass in our high traffic pea gravel yard. Day 2 it was discovered 3/5 openings were measured incorrectly. I previously gave ALL About the invoice for my neighbor's window install measurements, which are an exact duplicate, but they went with their own measurements. A single installer was our install team. He was a very nice, spanish speaking only, very hard worker.. He had no help for the entire install. I was his help. There was no way he could do our install by himself. Impossible. 6 weeks later our correct windows were ready. WE are nearly 3 months in on this install, near zero communication from ALL About. The 1 man team was our installer again. I provided the needed labor and engineered ways to rig my ladder and planks to be able to complete the job. Windows went in ok, look nice. Frames show some mishandling issues. Just glad they were in. New windows changed the inside temp 1 degree. That didn't make any sense. Upon registering with FKEC to get the $500 energy saving discount.......found out our windows do not qualify. What?! Called All About to inquire about why our particular windows didn't qualify; they knew exactly what the issue is and knew these windows didn't qualify. We got low grade basic impact windows with an E coating that completely under-perform for our intent for having these in the first place. I read the other reviews before hiring this company. I hired them. Do you want to find All About the biggest Door and Window nightmare like I did? Through this journey, there was no consideration for the many poor situations we were subjected to. No adjustment on the cost of our install for wasted days of work taken off to be here when they were not. No consideration for an entire summer of wasted A/C going out our old windows that were to be replaced in May. $10,000 windows cost me $4,500 additionally to get them in if you just count days taken off of work and the lost discount. I would have paid $20K for the correct windows. I just didn't know. I wasn't offered any choices. It could have all gone right. I chose the wrong company. We have kept out hurricane shutters closed after the install because the new windows just serve no energy saving purpose. Funny, right? We are replacing our brand new A/C (May 2022)with a bigger one to mitigate this. Imagine the final cost

I have been trying to get a estimate for impact windows ,for three weeks now, that talk children with no responsibility. I have given up.

The guys install a new door at my home. They were very professional and did a great job. I am please with their work I would recommended them to anyone. The owner was also kind enough to call and find out if the job was done to my satisfaction, that's great service.

Great service, and an amazing staff. . . All About Doors is everything I was looking for when I needed my Windows and doors changed for my home. I would give them 6 stars but there was no option. Miami’s finest
