As a Realtor I have decades of property management experience dealing with inspectors and trades. Victoria is honest, sincere, dedicated and very professional. She excels with her profound knowledge of construction as well as a certified inspector. At a home inspection, I was interested in the inspector, missed some items and failed to emphasise the costs of immediate expenses. My fellow realtor recommended Victoria highly, who did an amazing job and explained in great detail at another home. She followed up with a professional report at a much more reasonable cost than the prior inspector and is a super nice person to entrust with your inspection.
