Total headache. This is my first google review, and wanted to share my experience. Timeline of events: Tuesday: I call Allstate Auto Glass to ask when I should come in for a front windshield replacement. They tell me I can come in at any time. Wednesday: I get there at 11am and wait until 2pm for a windshield replacement. I thought the windshield replacement included calibration, but the manager tells me it doesn’t. He says to come back tomorrow at 8am for the calibration, so I do. Thursday: After an hour of waiting, the lady at the front desk tells me there’s a problem with the calibration and they have to call another guy to come in and calibrate my windshield. He was supposed to work on my car at 10:45 am. It’s 1pm and I don’t heard anything, so I call them. The lady at the front desk tells me the guy isn’t able to come in today, as he “got busy with other jobs”. I now have to call him to figure out when he’s going to be at Allstate Auto Glass to work on my car – he doesn’t give me a clear time he’ll be in on Friday. I have to text him several times to confirm a time when he can 100% come in and work on my car. I leave work to pick up my Subaru, and when I ask the lady why the other guy couldn’t calibrate the windshield, she snaps and says “you’re asking me?” in a pretty rude way. I decide not to push it, and come back the next day so that the other guy can finally calibrate my windshield. Friday: Car is dropped off at 12:30pm and I get a call at 2:30pm saying the guy ALSO can’t calibrate my windshield because the windshield they used for replacement is not a Subaru make. The lady at the desk tells me some Subarus only calibrate to Subaru-made windshields, and that’s why it isn’t working. She’s going to order a Subaru windshield, and tells me to come back next week, around Monday or Wednesday, so that they can replace the windshield they originally installed with the Subaru one. My question is, why couldn't they get it right the first time? Surely they’ve worked on Subarus before and they knew that this might happen? I'm not surprised it's been a hassle to replace and calibrate my front windshield. This place is so disorganized – no one seems to know what's going on and people snap at each other. Like I said, if you're looking for a headache, this place is perfect for you.

We found this company on Google and we're able to get a same day appt, at a must cheaper price than Safelite, and they did an excellent job. Will be our choice from here on out. Great service!

My car was broken into, glass completely shattered. They took care of me immediately and even vacuumed all the glass pieces from the break in. The service only took about 20 minutes and everyone was super friendly. Recommend for everyone. Great place with great people.

OMG Allstate Auto Glass is a pocket saver!!! Don’t go to big companies get the work done use local venders. Crappy Safelite does not honor the shotty work they did in the past. I will always come to Allstate Auto Glass from this day forward.

I had a bad experience with them. I spoke to someone in the phone and explained that I need to change the windshield, they told me I can go to their location to get it replaced. I went there and they told me that they don’t have it and they offered me to come to my location and replace it without additional cost, so I agreed. I waited as we planned and no one showed up, then I called them and they told me that they CANNOT come to me. Even though they do their services in my area. Then finally I called again today and someone else told me that they don’t have the windshield. They just wast my time and 3 weeks of waiting.

Very expensive rates

Was extremely fast with my glass repair and even helped clean out my broken glass! Would highly recommend these guys!

Fast, professional, and friendly. I needed work done in a hurry to pass a MD inspection, and Allstate Auto Glass delivered. I watched from afar and was happy to see attention to details.... Awesome work!

Excellent, speedy service. Was able to schedule me in first thing next day after my insurance delivered the sunroof glass. They were able to have it installed in less than 3 hours and I was able to drive my car before noon.

My car window was shattered, and I needed a new window. I came here and I am happy with their job. They quickly ordered the new window and did a good job.

I had a wonderful experience at all state. They were prompt and courteous. I was in and out quickly. The price to get my windshield was the cheapest of all the places I checked.

All State was able to book me quickly,, when a competitor said they couldn’t help me until a week later. Remote service is really important part of this business and All State recognizes this.

They did a good job on replacing my windshield. However, I only gave them 2 stars because of a major disappointment. I had an after market front splitter under my front bumper that has been broken and dangling loose by them. Apparently someone stepped on it, and to make things worse, they never even told me about it. I had to find out on my own after I had left. I already told them prior to be very careful and cautious working around the aftermarket front splitter and side skirts as I knew they’d work around them. I gave them a warning about it assuming already most likely that something like this would happen, especially if I didn’t say anything about it. But it still happened anyway. I was very upset and disappointed to find that out later on as I had left. I wish I had noticed it sooner. And even during the windshield installation, one of the managers or CEO/owner (whatever he is) appeared to be angry at a worker for something. I had asked if anything was wrong and if something had happened and he had said that there wasn’t anything wrong and that there was just a miscommunication of something. He said it should take another few minutes or so to be done. What a blatant lie. Note that they had told me this after they had told me my vehicle would be ready shortly after I made my payment. It was strange to me that there was a sudden delay. Overall, I’m just very upset and disappointed with their lack of responsibility and accountability. Terrible first time with them. Most likely won’t recommend them because of this. It’s a shame that they can’t be trusted. I even texted and showed them an image and also a video of what happened and there response was “This is not related to my job, I’m sorry.” How preposterous! Obviously it has nothing to do with the windshield, but one of your workers broke my damn property as they were working on the windshield! Take responsibility for it! Anyway, I say all this to say that this was an unpleasant first time experience for me with them. I’ll give them a bit of credit for installing the windshield fairly well, but I don’t even know if they deserve that after what had happened. Major lack of responsibility and accountability. It’s a big shame. I’m not one to give reviews on google or any platform, but this is probably my 3rd time giving one. The other 2 times were positive reviews. Never imagined I’d have to give a negative one.

Cheap job ! $250 for a window that was not even installed right…

My experience with Allstate Auto glass were wonderful. They were very professional, efficient and customer service were excellent. I called them they told me to come right away and they fix my car within an hour. I was very happy.

Safelite wanted a ridiculous amount to replace the tiny rear vent window. Allstate Auto Glass took care of me for significantly less, and when they couldn't fit me in during the morning, they sent a car out that evening to my house and did a great job.
