Absolute legend! Phil got me out of a time sensitive situation involving him sorting out a lock that was pivotal to me completing on my house sale. I explained the situation to him and he responded quickly. The lock in question was absolutlely knackered and a complete nightmare, yet Phil would not give up. No chance! He had the bit between his teeth and was determined to sort it out. You could see it in his eyes. "Haven't lost one yet mate". Fair play, he got it sorted in the end and saved the day and took all my stress away. Thanks Phil for perservering. You were an absolute star. He didn't even try to charge me extra for the extra time it took to sort it. I gave him extra anyway. He deserved it. All Things Locks replaced a front door lock for us today. I rang this morning at just gone 9:00 and was advised that a visit would be made after mid-day. Phil turned up promptly and replaced the lock - he (obviously) had the right tools and the job wasn’t entirely straightforward - so glad I just didn’t just go to B&Q and tried some DIY! I did mention to him that the sign writing on the van and matching uniform all conveyed a professional company. Have saved his number on my phone for future reference.
