Installed a car charger for me and they did a great job. Understood what material to use, was very professional, on time and communicated very well. Highly recommend for any work you need done in your house.

I've hired plenty of electricians in my day - let alone general contractors and folks to do all kinds of work on all sorts of properties. I can do a lot of work construction myself - so when it comes times to hire somebody I'm basically impossible to please because I always feel like I'm paying someone else too much to do a worse job than I could do if only I had the tools and time. Moreover, normally with the trades people it is really difficult to communicate, get a clear picture of the work, understand what sort of materials they will use and at what price point, and what the breakdown of their labor will be. Not so, with Alpha Electrical services. Konstantinos was wonderfully communicative, and friendly to boot. This guy even called me back while he was on vacation halfway around the world to make sure we had our work scheduled at the right time and day. On top of that, he sent me links to the materials he was going to install (several outdoor GFI outlets - some attached to my house, and some out in my yard and on my patio). He explained all of the electrical code protocols, exactly how he would run the lines, where he would put the boxes, and offered friendly advice about the best equipment and installation procedures. When the day came to do the work, Konstantinos arrived on time and although he worked solo - he installed two yard outlets, three outdoor gfi boxes, and had to run new lines from a new breaker that had to punch out of my concrete basement walls. Amazingly, he hid the wires wonderfully behind my sheetrock basement ceiling with almost no perceptible cut and the punches to the outside were clean, minimal, and sealed up beautifully. This guy communicated wonderfully, worked efficiently, treated my property as if it were his own, and did a job better than I was expecting while all along the way suggesting little tweaks and improvements without being a pushy salesperson. (He also treated my little dog who is very fearful with a lot of respect so naturally that earned him mega bonus points). In short, I basically never pay contractors to do a job and feel good about it at the end but this guy really delivered with a price that beat the competition! BTW Whoever this Dan Riddle guy (see the only one star review) is clearly is out out of his mind - my experience working with Alpha Electrical couldn't have been more stress free, seamless, professional, and beyond satisfactory both in regards to price point and end-product. I just wish I could find other contractors this reliable.

Konstantine installed my Tesla charger quickly and cleanly. He talks you through the process, answers questions and is a master of his trade. He cleaned up after himself extraordinarily well and I would hire him again. Thanks konst!

I hired Constantinos to fix a broken intercom and reverse the polarity of a GFCI in the kitchen of my Hoboken apt., two things I could have done myself if I weren't in CA. He claimed the intercom was unfixable because of its age, and that it would be difficult to find a replacement panel. He did rewire the GFCI. He charged me $453.16. I later found an exact replacement of the intercom panel on Amazon for $25 and asked him to install it. Since that call he has ghosted me. He knew I was in CA and figured he could get away with ignoring me. Disreputable to say the least-my building manager said he charged me double the going rate. And he didn't even fix the problem.

I recently hired Konstantine from Alpha Electrical to replace my old 100amp service with a new 200amp panel. From the moment the process started, Konstantine was NOTHING but professional! His work, his demeanor, his thoroughness - all top notch! He was very clear in his communication with me throughout the process, letting me know with each step who would come, what they would do ( believe me, it takes a LOT to change your panel, i.e, PSEG, Township, etc...) but Konstantine was very transparent throughout. His price was VERY fair and his quote was the actual price - no "add ons". His work was impeccable - I have the best looking 200amp panel in Hudson County! He was also very patient with me - I asked a LOT of questions! But he answered them all and was very helpful. I can't reccomend Konstantine and Alpha Electrical enough ‼👍

I contacted a few local companies for a small job in my apt. Konstantinos was the only one able able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. I’m glad I decided to use Alpha Electric! He’s a pro, answered all my questions, finished the job pretty quickly, cleaned up the mess, and even tested a few outlets at my request. Will definitely be using Alpha Electric again!

All the outlets and switches in my apartment had to be replaced after a new paint job. I contacted Konstantinos and other electricians to help me get it done. Konstantinos called me within an hour or so, asking a few important details about what I needed, gave me a quote and we scheduled a day and time. He was in time, was very professional, reliable and very friendly. You don't realize how many outlets and switches an apartment has until you have to replace them. Konstantinos worked fast and very efficiently. Within 2 1/2 hours he was done, and all finally looked alright again. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs a skilled, experienced and reliable electrician. It was a pleasure.

Awful experience. I wanted to test the guy’s service for a big electrical job I needed in two of my rental unitss, so I hired him for a tiny job. The man was supposed to show up on a Monday morning (we confirmed on both ends). My tenant waited for him all morning, and we got a “no call no show”. Never even received a call the following day. I called him two days later and received a typical excuse for it, but I gave the man the benefit of the doubt. I remained courteous and allowed him to go to my tenant’s apartment that same day to do the work. I was asking him to install the electrical plug to the back on a used electric stove I had purchased, relatively straightforward. While I was at work, I receive a text message from my tenant saying he did the work and was charging $350 (consisted of labor and a $30 wire according to Home Depot receipt) for less a quick job of less than 40 minutes. I don’t know ANY electrician who pays himself $320 dollars for 40 minutes ($480/hr) of work. I call the guy and he says it’s completely non-negotiable. This man’s is TERRIBLE to say the least. Never again, stay the heck away.

I needed a electrician ASAP and I called and they were their faster then the fire department. The service from a very professional and experience electrician was there. If you need someone with experience call them I give them 10 stars.
