Darius - it worked out well, the biggest things we emphasize now is to send us super high res files, gone are the days of restrictions, the bigger the file the better it prints!

I was able to email the PDF of my job to Alphagraphics, they emailed, & at my request, sent a printed proof and then mailed my job to me. I sent a check back to them - all very easy and the end product was great! Very Happy!

Experience -
The manager is Rude and apparently doesn't get emails even though he confirms it was his email address and nobody else tells us that they don't get our emails. So, then he gets all huffy on the phone and tries to play the victim when in fact HE is the problem. To the owner. your manager doesn't know how to manage, and he is NOT a good representative of your company. DONT BE LIKE HIM

Had my wedding a few weeks back. Missed a tiny detail for our big day. The seating chart poster! I was lucky enough to catch them between prints, also they made a few recommendations that saved me even more time for my setup. I promise I will give some extra time next event, but absolutely going with ALPHA for my poster/banner needs in the future.

Nick goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service to his clients. When the truck fire on 95 caused the closure of that road making delivery nearly impossible, Nick left his house at 630am to personally deliver our signs to us so we could have them in time for a senior day celebration later that day. Guy was so rude and inpatient . Was planning on having all my stuff done here until some guy on the phone started to get mad just for a simple question I asked if it could be done the same day my phone number so I can put on my door . Horrible first time business disappointed 😔 .

Hi JVR customs, sorry to hear about your bad experience. We are not typically a same-day turnaround business for most of our products (with some exceptions) as we are usually pretty busy and have a 2-4 day turnaround with our production schedule. But that is no reason for anyone to have an attitude over the phone. We'll bring this up at our next company meeting to make sure it doesn't happen again.
