Absolutely no help at all! After a number of missed appointments from their team they finally came out to measure, no feedback was recieved and after begging for a quote was then told a month after the initial request that they lost all the information so need to come out to measure again.. set up a new date for them to come... and they missed the appointment again.. do yourself a favour and find a more reliable service provider.. would not recommend..

I did a wooden window/door to Aluminium conversion for all doors and windows on the house. Unfortunately my experience was not a memorable installation on the part of AIS Aluminium. During the installation, doors and windows were installed incorrectly and had to be rectified. Doors and windows installed were not horizontal, not vertical. door hinges installed at different levels, windows not manufactured to correct size, having to be remanufactured, doors leaking when raining. When asked to rectify and requesting the supervisor to intervene I was supposedly putting "stress" on the team. This was not a once off unfortunately, but repeat failures on the part of the install team. Of the 7 doors and 25 windows , 5 doors and 24 windows had to be rectified due to incorrect installation As part of the install AIS was supposed to plaster the gaps left after the breakout , this was a disaster that I am still having to rectify .Plastering was poor due to the debris from removal of the doors and windows not being cleaned out , gaps being filled with rolled up paper, tape and plastic bags, plaster mix was incorrect resulting in a sandy "gap" fill that could be rubbed out by hand and was unable to be painted. The defects were requested to be rectified and their "A" team was sent to rectify. Over a period of 2 months and multiple onsite visits, this "A" -team managed to "plaster" over the cracks . If this is supposed to be a professional team , each person should be responsible for their own quality of work and should not have to be requested by the client to rectify defective /poor installation. A suggestion was made to AIS for their staff to be retrained as to correct install processes and quality control .

AIS did wood to aluminium conversions for me on my doors and large entrances. Claire, Dylan and the whole team are fantastic, very professional and made sure that all details are covered, they came up with great ideas and communication was great. The install team did a great job and made sure that each install was neat and tidy. We had this old steel sliding door. The wheels was welded to the dood so we couldn't replace it, it was very heavy, Q20 didn't work and it was almost impossible to open. We used AIS to install a new door and for the first time I can open the door! There workmanship is excellent and very neat! I definitely recommend them!
