Mike and his team do a great job. Mike was able to take our ideas and dreams and turn them into a reality. We talked with a number of builders and found American Family Homes to be one of the few that does it all for a great price. We have built several homes in the past and we are extremely pleased with American Family Homes.

Hands down the BEST builder we know. Mike and his team made our experience a literal dream come true. Although we faced little problems or issues, when something arose Mike himself dealt with it directly and promptly. Stephen is also a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about the process. If we ever build another home, it will only be with American Family Homes.

American Family Homes is a pleasure to do business with – on every level. Mike Neace is very professional and organized with his processes, which made for minimal hiccups. They rescued us from a nightmare with our original builder, and they delivered a high quality, picture perfect truly custom home of our dreams. The planning and execution was almost flawless. They were very responsive when we had questions. Great attention to detail, like adding a/c vents in the smaller closets and pantry. We had several walk-throughs where we made sure we were all on the same page. Stephen the Superintendent, was on top of everything the whole time. The sub-contractors did a great job, and there was nothing significant on our punch list when the build was complete. There were no financial surprises, but the contracted price was a little higher than we expected. The end result has been that our new home is worth every penny. We highly recommend American Family Homes!

This is an outstanding custom home builder. Does excellent work from planning thru completion.well supervised and follow up after delivery. I highly recommend this builder (Mike Neace) and have recommended him to build a custom home for my daughter starting real soon.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job of enclosing our back patio and making it an additional under air room. Mike has done work for us in the past and as a Realtor, I have referred customers to him as well. He does a great job and stays in budget!

If you plan on building a home you probably expect to experience a multitude of problems which you may have difficulty resolving with the builder or various sub contractors. My wife and I were able to watch the entire project from the clearing of the footprint to the total completion of our new home inside and outside. All I can say is that American Family Homes kept us fully aware of every phase of this project on a weekly basis and daily whenever needed. Our project manager and or the owner (Mike Neace) was continually on the site keeping everything in check much to our satisfaction. I have concluded that this company deserves a higher number than TEN for the quality, attention to detail, and their ability to perform as promised. We are now truly enjoying our new home because of American Family Homes and their selection of contractors who performed so well.

Mike Neace and entire American Family Homes team made the process super easy! This is the second house that we have built and American Family Home did a great job with no surprises throughout the entire build. Stephen was our super on the job and was great. I would use them to build me another home if ever needed. They build a quality house and the use above builder grade products. Super happy with the house and how they made sure we were happy 100% along the way.
