Good day, I would like to set the record straight by listing the facts. Your vehicle had a cylinder head repair in November 2023 (8 months ago) for a misfire caused by worn valve guides. Since then your vehicle has done 19000 km without any issues. when you notified us that your vehicle has overheated and broken down and is currently in George at workshop X. I immediately called workshop X to find out what was wrong so that we can do whatever is required should this be a part or workmanship flaw. According to the failure report received from workshop X, Your vehicles radiator developed a leak on the left bottom tank. The vehicle was driven with the leak and eventually lost enough coolant to render the cooling system inadequate. The engine began running hotter than normal and eventually overheated to the point of destruction. Temperature gauges are there to warn us so that we can stop before disasters take place. Unfortunately we cannot be accountable for your radiator leak that led to the engine overheat as we did not replace your radiator 8 months ago when we repaired the cylinder heads. I would like to help you however possible but we have to remain fair to each other. I hope that you are united with your vehicle soon. Cheers Chino.
