⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an excellent experience with Anchor Roofing Colorado! They handled a warranty claim for faulty shingles from a previous roofer, and the entire process was seamless. Joel, our rep, was fantastic—he listened to all our concerns, kept us informed, and walked us through the project step by step. The crew completed the roof in just one day, and the gutters were finished on a separate day, both done quickly and professionally. They left everything spotless, which we really appreciated. Anchor Roofing Colorado truly exceeded our expectations with their quality work and dedication. Highly recommend!

Our house was under contract to be sold. The Buyer's inspection said that a new roof was likely needed. We worked with Emily at Anchor Roofing to help us inspect, quote, work with insurance company, and install the roof. The timeline was short of course, as the house was under contract to sell and close in a few weeks. Emily helped manage all of this and get the new roof installed, inspected, and approved by our closing. Thanks!

In my opinion, Anchor Roofing is by far the best roofing company in Northern Colorado! I have a concrete tile roof that was leaking. I tried 9 other roofers but none of them were able to fix it. Our roof leaked for several months while trying the other roofers out. I finally contacted Anchor roofing. They quoted the project at less than half of what the others were asking. They sent a team out and promptly fixed the problem. They even fixed issues created by the last roofer that tried to fix the leak. Their team was professional and courteous. My contact, Christy, seemed more knowledgeable than some of the roofers from the other companies. In the future I will only use Anchor Roofing.

A major hailstorm hit our home this year. A friend of ours recommended Weston with Anchor Roofing. We are so happy with the outcome. Weston made it easy for us. He worked with our insurance company. Anchor Roofing took care of our HOA community, Crestone Village East (38 homes) in west Loveland with the highest standards possible. I chose Toby Till at Anchor because he was knowledgeable, open, and thorough. He helped me through the initial stage of estimating damage, replacement cost and my policy’s coverage without pressure or obligation. He came out to walk the roofs of both buildings with the insurance inspector and make sure that all the damage was observed and noted. When the insurance estimate came back, he drilled down to the various components from shingles to gutters. My insurance company would only cover 15# felt; they claimed it wasn’t steep enough to merit 30#. Toby told me that Anchor didn’t use 15# and that they would cover the cost differential to ensure the longevity of my roof. As the installation was being finished, everyone from Anchor that stopped by the site, including Toby’s wife, rolled the magnetic nail finder until, by the end, they weren’t even finding 20-year-old nails from the original roof. After the job was finished, the quality of materials and best practices were noted by the county inspector during his visit and by the insurance adjuster at headquarters from the photos. On a ten-point scale, the whole experience was an eleven. Thank you, Toby!

Our entire HOA of 38 townhomes needed to get our roofs replaced and Anchor Roofing did the work. I'm telling you, this company is TOP NOTCH. Can't believe I'm so excited about a roofing company, but these guys were IMPRESSIVE! They got the entire neighborhood done within a week and were the most professional, polite, and thorough company I've ever dealt with. From delivery of the product to covering all bushes next to the house, tearing off the old shingles and replacing, to an IMMACULATE clean up, it was the best we've ever experienced. They were very detail oriented with all the edging, protecting around the solar tubes, fan outlets, etc. and the crew went over and over the yard picking up debris. Several people went over the yard and driveway multiple times with a large magnet to get all nails up. It was just fantastic. Don't hesitate to use this company! Thanks, Anchor Roofing!

We had our roof replaced after the May 2024 hail storm. We researched reviews of many local roofers and chose 3 that appeared to be top notch in their number and overall reviews (not to mention those that replied to people with negative reviews). We were impressed with the time Toby took to explain our claim in detail. He detailed every step of the process. His crew were professional and respectful. They spent hours cleaning our yard and the neighbors yards from any nails and debris. We appreciated the upgrades we received in class of shingle, felt etc. I would highly recommend Anchor for your roofing and gutter needs.

Kacey was recently referred to us by our realtor on a house we were planning to buy. He worked with us on the weird schedule we had and took care of everything ahead of time. It’s probably status quo but they did all of the city permitting and inspection. There was a minor issue with the first inspection but he took care of it right away and scheduled a follow up inspection with everything resolved. I've had the pleasure of working with Toby Till and his crew. They've done an amazing job with a roof and gutter replacement on our house. We've received a number of included upgrades in the process. Toby is patient and helpful and does a great job of communicating. What's even better about his approach is that they do NOT do any door knocking. I met them when they held a community event serving tacos. I can't recommend Anchor Roofing enough.

I can't thank Will, and his team enough for taking the stress out of our very stressful process of buying and selling a home in the same week. Both homes needed roofs and we were under a time crunch with our lenders. Will jumped right in, he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Weston was incredibly helpful in submitting a claim for our roof that was previously done by a terrible company. He went above and beyond in making sure that we have been protected. I would never use another company again. Hands down, Weston is the most honest roofer out there.
