a minute ago New From the beginning, the event coordinator Melissa had a terrible demeanor. She seemed very entitled and spoke as if she was doing us a favor. We called last Saturday and was able to schedule a tasting but there was miscommunication. I thought the tasting was for Wednesday but she called my partner and they agreed on Thursday. I was unaware so I called them myself and she told me they couldn’t do it Wednesday and had to do it Thursday instead. I know specifically the only day that doesn’t work for me is Thursday so I asked if they could squeeze us in today if not we’re gonna have to reschedule. She says, “look, you need to understand that we’re not a restaurant, you can’t just come and go”. I never implied they were a restaurant nor was I just going to come in that Wednesday, that is the reason why I gave them a call. I believe that comment was uncalled for and just supporting the fact that she wanted to feel superior. Then at the end of the phone call, she says “we don’t even do wedding tastings this time of year, we’re squeezing you in” I understand that they are busy but the way she goes about speaking is very demeaning and entitled. I wasn’t upset because I couldn’t get in for a tasting, I am upset about the way she speaks to me. I was calling to make sure we had the dates correct, not to demand a tasting that Wednesday. Then the next morning, I spoke to another caterer and I left Melissa a message to let her know I would like to cancel the tasting but she calls my partner instead of me. I thought that was very inappropriate because I’m the one who left the message and I’ve also left my number in that message. Therefore, this individual went out of her way to seek my partner’s number and call him to confirm. Her actions basically implied that my words are of lesser value. I believe from the beginning, she was just entitled and inappropriate.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience working with Andreotti's and Melissa Marsh for our wedding party! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to bring our vision to life with flawless execution and impeccable attention to detail. The food & service were extraordinary! Even our guests, who are the harshest of critics and picky eaters, are still talking about how excellent the food was! We couldn't have been happier to hear this! Melissa was a lifesaver and helped me with every detail beyond the caterer's duties! She ensured everything went smoothly, handling every detail with ease and professionalism so we could truly enjoy our day without worry. They were flexible, responsive, and dedicated to making our celebration unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their special event with fantastic food and outstanding service! If you are using a venue with tight turnarounds and many restrictions, they will ensure everything is executed flawlessly!

I don't even know where to begin, Andreotti's was exceptional and we would recommend them to everyone. Not only was their food amazing but their staff were exceptional. As the bride and groom we always had a drink in our hand and food easily accessible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams which we did and it wouldn't have been possible without them. The traveled from New Jersey to Macungie PA. Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop raving about the food and service therefore we would definitely use them again and recommend. They brought everything needed, set up, services during cocktail hour and dinner and cleaned up once completed. The communication from the very first tasting until 10pm of the wedding was exceptional and we can't express our gratitude enough.

Is it possible to give them 10 stars? They took care of everything and as the bride, I didn't have to worry or think of anything! The food, service, thoughtfulness, and coordination was incredible!

Andreotti's Catering provided exceptional service for our wedding day. The staff were very attentive the entire day not just to us, the bride and groom, but our entire family. They really made the day run so smoothly. The food was also very good. We got so many compliments on not just the service but on how good the food was. The planning process was also great, Melissa our coordinator was amazing at communicating with us and really made our day so special. We are so happy we chose Andreotti's as our caterer.

We hired Andreotti's for our wedding in June and we could not have been happier to have them for our special day! The cocktail and reception food was fantastic, the guests are still talking about it, and the service and energy of the staff were wonderful. Melissa went out of her way leading up to the event and on the day of to make sure we had everything we needed. Andreotti’s did an amazing job making sure our special day went smoothly and was all around perfect. Maryann and her team did a fantastic job making sure my husband and I were well taken cared of, including our families! We had such a wonderful time working with Maryann all the way up to the wedding day! The food and cake were great and the whole Andreotti’s team truly delivered! We hired Andreotti's Catering for our wedding in May, and can honestly say they delivered in a spectacular way -- the hors d'oeuvres and entrees were delicious, as if from the finest restaurant. People were raving about the food long after the wedding, and even the venue will be switching to Andreotti's for future events. Andreotti's was so good in explaining everything, the food options are awesome and everything just taste heavenly! I still have people talking about how good the food was! Every staff was SOO NICE it was one of my favorite things about our wedding day. Melissa helped us during the whole process but sadly she got sick and MaryAnn took charge on our wedding day, but she was really informed of everything and made us feel comfortable that everything will be okay.
