Positive: The welcome, the decoration of the room and the bathroom (the shower wow!) Parking nearby.. Negative: We visited in November and the room was too cold and very difficult to get the heat up. We tried for 23 degrees but nothing much changed. It wasn't a big problem but just a bit unpleasant..

B&B. Soggiorno in novembre 2014. Abbiamo prenotato tutte e 4 le camere della struttura. Accoglienza molto cordiale, camere belle, pulite e luminose, struttura moderna. Colazione buona. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Una bella iniziativa, bravi!

Positive: Struttura nuova e molto pulita colazione molto buona e di qualità. Negazione: Abbiamo avuto un problema alla camera(cosa che puó succedere) abbiamo segnalato il disguido sembrava avessimo inventato la cosa...ci siamo rimasti molto male.

We booked three nights at An Pais based on the impressive reviews on TripAdvisor. We could not have been happier with our decision. An Pais is situated in the beautiful hilltop town of Castiglione Falletto. We arrived a little early on the date of our arrival and were greeted by Mirella (the property manager / hostess). We were given a beautiful room on the top floor with an amazing view. The room was appointed with every possible modern amenity. The location of the property is perfect for a 2-3 day visit. There are three excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. There is also a nice wine bar nearby with a jaw dropping view that is perfect for lunch or a late afternoon glass of wine. I especially appreciated Mirella and the excellent job she does for the guests and property owner. Mirella is very professional, yet extremely friendly. Every morning Mirella prepared a vast offering for breakfast. The food was delicious and meticulously presented. Mirella was the perfect hostess for our stay.
I highly recommend An Pais and a visit to the Barolo region. It is truly a wonderful place.

On our recent trip to Barolo my husband and I chose to stay at An Pais for the night and we were so blown away by the comfort and hospitality that we would certainly return again! The B&B offers only 4 rooms but they are all done in a fresh, modern way that makes them very comfortable. Not to mention our room had one of the most amazing rain showers that I have ever used! The breakfast was also perfect with coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruits and they will even make you fresh eggs and bacon. Simply perfect. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful B&B in a small charming town with view over the surrounding hills. Very clean, modern and cosy. Theres one lady taking care of everything and shes been super attentive, kind and informative. Breakfast is also very good and much more complete than you would expect from a 4-room B&B and everything is locally sourced. Definitely a great little place. Highly recommended.

Positive: Arredato con cura massimizzando la fruizione di ogni centimetro disponibile. Malgrado il poco spazio a disposizione il buffet della colazione ha rispecchiato qualsiasi desiderio potessimo avere; dalle marmellate fino al salato, con una particolare attenzione ad utilizzare prodotti del territorio. Complimenti per i baci di dama...strepitosi!.
