I just had a Daikin heat pump mini split system installed along with a Goodman AC unit. The installation guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They laid tarps down to reduce the dirt and cleaned all area after the work performed. The guys were very accommodating when having to move items in my attic, along with working with me on the best way to install the ventilation system in my attic to not interfere with my storage. The units look nice and neat along with matching painted duct work on the side of the house. My house is really cool now and will enjoy these systems for years to come.

I was referred to AOK by a local handyman when I needed to replace an aging boiler in one of my rental properties. The unit had become unreliable, with the pilot light going out intermittently. Since the issue wasn’t urgent at the time, we scheduled the replacement for two weeks out. However, just two days later, the pilot light stopped staying lit.

That week happened to be extremely cold, and AOK was fully booked with emergency no-heat calls and replacements. Despite their packed schedule, the owner, Shane, stopped by the property to drop off temporary heaters, ensuring my tenants remained comfortable until the installation could be completed.

The replacement process went smoothly, and both my tenants and I were very satisfied with the outcome. Their pricing was fair, especially considering the extra effort they put in to accommodate the situation. I highly recommend AOK for their professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.

I had an issue with my Minisplit system called AOK they were absolutely incredible their customer service was amazing and they helped to get my heaters up and running within less then a week I will be using them and only them as I've had nothing but issues and lies from every other company in the area. They also went further then any other company and actually gave me space heaters to borrow until the repairs were made, they really take care of their customers and try and help they don't see people as dollar signs but rather as human beings which is rare for any company now in days. If they service your area I would use them and only them. I am one very grateful and satisfied customer!

Our oil filter froze on the house this morning, called AOK and they responded right away but said couldn't get to our house until the afternoon. They arrived around 11am, got the heater running quickly and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them. Great communication, very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much!

I used aok heating a fee years ago to replace a leaking oil tank and Shane and crew responded rapidly with the highest quality work and service. Just recently had another emergency situation where I needed a new boiler. Once again Shane and crew came through to restore heat to my home. Excellent customer service, work and prices. I had my furnace give out on me last week. And I called AOK they made the process swift and easy with a reasonable price. They were able to squeeze me me in on a last minute notice which I appreciate it since I had a baby at home. Came home on a cold day to no heat/no hot water. Called Shane and he had a tech here within 30 minutes. House warmed up and hot water flowing in 45 minutes!! A+

First of all I needed a completely replaced HVAC system in my cabin. AOK gave the best price and an excellent installation.
Second, since I was doing a complete Rehabilitation, I didn't know where one register was to be placed. So roughly a year and a half later, I needed one register moved. AOK, came back and moved the register.

In 2020 AOK did a full replacement of my home system. In addition to replacing my existing single unit, I added a second unit to split out the lower level and upper level of my home. AOK's price was very fair and competitive versus other quotes I received. What set AOK apart and why I chose them was because of Shane’s knowledge, honesty, professionalism, and his overall attitude towards our project. Those same qualities followed through with his crew when they showed up to start the job.
In mid-2022, my upstairs unit had some issues and wasn’t heating. AOK diligently troubleshot the issue, which turned out to be an equipment failure. They promptly replaced the equipment which was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and my system is back up and running.
I can't stress enough Shane’s professionalism and courteousness. Shane and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that I received the value and quality in both the products and services I was expecting.

Was looking for a contractor a few years ago to service and clean my oil burner. Found Shane... great guy, dependable, knowledgeable and fair pricing. He did alot of the small jobs for me and always for alot less then i figured would cost. When we moved to a larger house he continued servicing my furnace and air conditioning. He helped sort out some issues and always looked for ways to make things better. I like that you can call Shane and he will get right back to you and if you have a problem hes there before you know it. When we decided to switch the house over to natural gas he was the guy. His crew was fantastic. the job was big and took them a full week. But the work was done professionally and everything works like a charm. So for small or big jobs hes the guy to use. You will not be dissapointed. Thanks Shane and crew.
