☺ Nos gustó mucho lo limpio que estaba todo. Es bastante céntrico y en 15-20 minutos caminando llegas a todo. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Y todo el apartamento estaba muy cuidado. El baño era excelente muy limpio. La propietaria es muy muy agradable y detallista. Nos encontramos varios detalles en el apartamento como galletas y cruasanes, muy amable
☹ No nos gustó el hecho que se oye todo. Hay como 3 apartamentos mas en el pasillo y las personas que habían la primera noche era bastante ruidosas. He tenido que salir a llamarle la atención que era bastante tarde y no podíamos dormir porque hacían mucho ruido. Al día siguiente se lo comunique a la propietaria y me dijo que teníamos que haberla llamado si escucháramos ruido, se ven que son muy estrictos con el ruido
DO NOT BOOK — Exploitative and Completely Unprofessional
This host repeatedly cancelled our booking without consent and rebooked it at higher prices every time we asked a simple question about date changes — an obvious money grab. Communication was terrible, the attitude unprofessional, and there was zero genuine care. We were left stranded with no accommodation because of her actions.
Francesca's responses were rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Good morning, the reality is that for many people who choose a vacation rental, they think they're in a hotel, when in fact they're not. I know, not being computer savvy, like downloading a file, doesn't help, and not having the right communication tools for immediate assistance (as requested in the property details) doesn't help. The instructions are very clear, but if you don't read them, you'll find yourself in trouble, and a simple Nespresso machine can seem complicated when in reality it isn't. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but perhaps you should think objectively about the property you chose. If you had read the instructions, instead of getting angry because you couldn't find the cutlery, you would have immediately seen the photo of the open drawer with all the utensils available. Thank you.

☺ La limpieza, las camadas y almohadas super cómodas. El barrio justo al frente tiene mucha vida nocturna ideal para salir a pasear a pie.
