I will NEVER go back. The doctors assistant filled my eyes with what she said was anesthesia. Then put more drops to dilate my eyes. I can barely read the eye chart , and was told that my diagnosis from My previous doctor was incorrect. They did not ask if I was driving myself they did not tell me to bring somebody to drive me and shooed me out the door not being able to see and said they would see me in a year. I had to wait in the parking lot for an hour before I could see just enough to be able to drive home. Very bad bedside manner. Very unprofessional. It's been four and a half hours since my appointment and I still can't see good. Everything is completely blurry. I would not suggest that you go to this doctor. Gave one star because the front was very nice and polite. Definitely going for a second opinion.

Aran Eyes Associated y el Beraja Medical Institute, son del mismo grupo empresarial el cual tienen un servicio que no respeta a sus pacientes, citan a muchas personas al mismo tiempo y las citas pueden tener retrasos de más de una hora y media y se vuelven agresivos y lo único que importa es el pago, incluso si tu ya no tienes responsabilidad de coopago. Y si llamas por teléfono el único servicio que funciona es para darte una cita. Si logras entrar te pasan a otra sala de espera para evitar que las personas se subleven por la larga espera y dar espacio a los que están llegando para que no se contagien del malestar de la mala atención, un medico para atender a 30 personas durante in periodo de una hora ( obviamente esto no sucede). Es un terrible problema para las personas mayores que las tienen por horas aquí. Debería existir realmente una división del gobierno que los pongan en cintura o se tomen medidas correctivas reales. Supondría que este comentario será eliminado o no publicado y si tienen respecto por la gente esto deberían publicarlo y tomar correctivos. Y pedir disculpas publicas.

Don’t recommend this place, grandfather had a laser eye surgery at 7am I got here at 6:40 am I check in at 7am , now is 9:30 am and the doctor still didn’t show up , he’s appointments for 8-9 am are here but he still MIA

Finilly after 4 hours waiting this doctor is blaming the clinic because they scheduled him early a 7 am so he is not to blame is the clinic.
And the clinic blames the doctor

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone the staff everyone from the nurses to the doctors are top of the line very caring people and very helpful before and after the surgery

We had an appointment at 2.. and we got service close to 5 pm. When “we ask” why they made an appointment with us, if they made us wait so long (?) , the front deck just did not care, instead of apologizing , for the long wait; not even the dr was nice…. Bad customer service.

Where do I start, the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional!! At my son’s last visit they scheduled him for 9/24 for a Retinal Doctor when we got there yesterday they said it was only a Cataract physician there, I asked them why was the appointment scheduled when you know my son condition, she said the patient scheduled it, did I mention my son is special needs and he didn’t schedule anything THEY DID!!! She tried to tell a lie instead of just saying they made a mistake. I strongly suggest they revamp that front office because they don’t have a clue about customer service or any service for that matter.

(Fort Lauderdale Office) Customer Service in the front desk is horrible. The lady a front desk do not have customer service skills at all. Her name is Salem or that's what her coworker stated her name was so so rude. I guess if they had a family member or someone close to them they would understand the frustration of not being able too see.

Hice una cita por teléfono y me la programaron para el 7 de agosto en la locación de Kendall pero el día 31 de julio me llegó el recordatorio y me habían cambiado no solo el día sino la locación, llamé porque no lo podía creer y lo que me dijeron fue primero que el doctor había cancelado el día y luego en otra llamada me dijeron que habían colocado muchos pacientes y la opción que me dieron fue diciembre. Es increíble la falta de respeto por los pacientes y la falta de profesionalismo, a todo el que me pregunte le voy a contar la mala experiencia que tuve con esa oficina de “doctores”

Dr. David Seamont,MD did surgery on both of my eyes, at Eye Care and Surgery of Ft. Lauderale.He did a great job. I am very pleased. Dr Seamont and his staff were very kind.

I made an appointment in mid-June for July 16th at the Galleria offices in Fort Lauderdale. On July 9th, I called to verify that they had my primary care physician's referral, and they told me they were working on it. On the morning of July 11th, I received a text message saying that my July 16th appointment had been changed to September 4th because the doctor would not be seeing new patients. This is an absolute lack of respect for the patient, and when I contacted them by phone, their response was that there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible service and unreliable. If they start with such administrative treatment of the patient, I could never trust this clinic. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
