Dan is a very skilled technician, and did a great job. He was also warm and friendly, and is a great asset to your company. However, Next Plumbing's charge of over $500 to change a temperature sensor was too pricey!!

Worst company ever their Plummer lied to me weasel his way into getting $168 diagnostic fee when all I wanted was a quote for changing out my well pump lied and said that he needs to diagnose it first to see what the problem is. I told him what the problem was, and it ended up being the same thing I said then their manager, Nicholas proceeded to lie and say that I wasn’t gonna pay him his diagnostic fee ended up, suing me when I already paid him. His diagnostic fee will never use this company again. they are the worst. Nothing but con artist Who like to sue a veterans of the United States? it is a travesty when you take advantage of the freedoms veterans like me fought for to mistreat the public

Ronald was very professional and personable. He even told me the service was free as part of my yearly plan. The fact that your company is honest and not selling me things I don't need is the reason you are my choice of plumbers.

Alec came to our home to repair a leaking faucet in the garage. He replaced the faucet which required adding some piping and taking away some of the wood around the area. After he finished the job, he left; and that is when we discovered that we had no water in the house. I called Next Plumbing and asked for them to contact Alec and have him come back to our house. He was back in about 30 minutes and quickly discovered that a pipe joint under our house had broken causing a huge flood. He then spent much time getting to the problem pipe and assessing the situation. He had to take a piece of siding off our house skirt to get to the problem. He ended up spending an additional 4 hours to complete the work and even did some preventive repairs under the house. At one point, I told him that it was getting dark. But he said he had lights and that he would not leave until the problem was corrected, and he could turn the water back on. At 8:00 p.m. he finished the work and then apologized for the amount of the bill. No apologies needed. Problems are problems and need to be addressed with an eye to the future. Throughout the whole day, Alec was courteous and friendly and kept us informed of what he was doing. Alec is the best. Once gain, give this guy a raise.

We had our filters replaced. As always the job was done well.

Alec was the plumber who performed the work requested. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. Quite obvious that he cared about me as a customer, and cared about his job. I would recommend him, and moreover, Next Plumbing to anybody who needs plumbing services.

Owen Ebbert did an excellent job installing a whole house water filtration system and reverse osmosis unit. The installation required him to reroute pipes and drill holes through the walls, with the result being a neat, clean and pristine job. He was professional and happy to answer any questions we had. He completed the work in the same day. I would recommend Next Plumbing without hesitation.

When I say amazing work! I mean amazing! First off, Sandra was wonderful with taking the call and advised me she could have a plumber out within 30 minutes. My tenant advised me she received a letter from the city stating of a possible leak due to meter reading. Adam, the plumber, contacted me just as Sandra stated. He advised me of the 2 possible issues it can be but also stated if it's not those the price will then begin to change. He constantly called me after he checked every possible issue to advise me he was going to check the next. He was able to find the leak which was outside of the home with a T-Sitter that was by a newly installed fence. He fixed it within 2.5 hours. I was so impressed. Thank you Adam for making a situation that could have been stressful smooth sailing. You will not regret obtaining their services. Efficient is an understatement.

Doug was great, he was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to family and friends 100%. Writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who is not tech savvy.

Next Plumbing to the rescue. I had a problem with the toilet in my bathroom that never would seem to flush all the way so I called Next Plumbing and scheduled my appointment. The Plumber called to let me know that he was on his way and he was actually there before the time frame. He was very polite and seemed very attentive. I explained to my problems he went looked at the toilet and gave me a couple options. I decided to go with the replacement of the toilet, even though Junior gave me a couple other options. Replace the toilet cleaned up the area sprayed some very nice spelling stuff and he even wore booties in my house. I am very thankful to run across Next Plumbing and have them back in my house in the future.

Next Plumbing with Doug at the house to replace a water heater was efficient and very workmanlike. He knew his business.

Very kind person and clean work

Owen came to our house to help us with a couple plumbing issues. He was prompt , very professional, and kind. He fixed our issues and only did what was necessary to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Next Plumbing and Owen as he did a great job !!!

I'm gonna call them again next time I need a plumber.
