I recently started meditating, and I’m so happy with this meditation cushion. It helps me sit comfortably and, most importantly, with good posture, which makes meditation much more enjoyable. The cushion has the perfect height and a soft yet supportive filling. It takes the pressure off my joints and allows me to focus better on my practice.
Just perfect for meditation - firm, comfortable, and made from organic cotton. Would buy again!

Antideslizante, vegano, sostenible y respetuoso con el medioambiente, fácil de limpiar y de máximo agarre aún en ambientes muy húmedos. Después de varios años probando diferentes mats de marcas de referencia como Liforme o Maduka, sin duda, precio-calidad: ME QUEDO CON ATHA. i am practising yoga about 4 times a week and have been looking for a good mat for a while until I found atha. I am extremely happy with the mat. The body alignment lines are a great plus and most importantly for me the mat is non slippy, even when your hands get sweaty. 10/10 recommend

Pratico quotidianamente con il mio nuovo tappetino atha ed è perfetto. Adoro la consistenza e lo spessore: nonostante io suda molto, non scivolo per niente. Ho provato varie marche però questa è senza dubbio la migliore che abbia mai provato ed esteticamente è davvero bello. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Amazing customer service. Initially I ordered a yoga mat through Amazon and the delivery went wrong. Then I contacted the store and got in touch with Michael who helped get the right mat from the stock and made the whole process really easy and quick!
