The delivery company they use ( I think its a family business linked to this business) Every delivery has been close to the arranged time, They help you with the unloading. Very nice to communicate with every time. I have bought a few times from them, The visits to their location, there delivery has been a pleasure to deal with. Only critism, they are a bit late to open up or respond. But they make up for it in other areas of business. Keep doing what your doing, hope to see you soon for another order. My order for 30m roll of wire was to be delivered to the depot but to save me the hassle of having to collect the wire, Auscon arranged delivery of the wire to my door. Excellent service!

I ordered some rubber gym mats in March. They were listed as "in stock" on website. After a month I had still not received any notifications about when my order would arrive. I sent an email asking for assistance and received no reply. I sent a second email and still received no reply. I ended up calling the company only to be told that the gym mats were not actually in stock and they had no idea of when they would be available. I was offered I refund which I accepted. It has now been over a month since I was offered that refund and I am yet to get my money back. Each time I call no one picks up. I have left several voicemails but no one has returned my call. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Complete lack of follow up to complaints or issues. Why list an item as in stock when it isn't? And why not notify customers of issues with suppliers instead of leaving them in the dark? *** Update: refund was transferred after this review was submitted.
