Austec’s PEX crimp system is hands the best I’ve used. The fittings are reliable, whether it’s water or gas. The customer service is what sets them apart though. Simon and Matt treat you like family. They’ve bailed me out of a few tight spots with quick deliveries and even helped me out when I had issues with stock. I’ve built a great working relationship with them, and it’s why I keep coming back.

I've been using Austec's pex system for over five years now, and it has been nothing short of exceptional. As a new build plumber of houses, duplexes, and townhouses all around Sydney, I can confidently say it's the best on the market. The quality, durability, and ease of installation make it a top choice every time. On top of that, Austec's customer service is second to none. Highly recommend them!

Be careful do your own research! Read the AS3500. don’t waste your money & reputation on this import rubbish product. Only good thing about this product is that it’s cheap. They use SDR 11 Pipe which doesn’t comply with the AS3500 standards for use on hot water applications because the pipe is to thin. I learned the hard way when I had a pipe leak and Austec didn’t come to the party and my insurance didn’t pay because the pipe doesn’t comply with the Australian standards. Only PEX pipes that are less than SDR9 comply with the AS3500 like Auspex. Look at the pic attached from the AS3500 highlighted green.
