I was so surprised by the ease and compassion I was met with by Pat and the team, they made something I was quiet embarrassed about easy to understand and far less overwhelming then I thought it was going to be, I'm so grateful for the help I received and chance to be back in control of my finances :)

Pat provided a very friendly customer service. He understood my situation and was really helpful. He was patient on providing me all the information I needed then explained everything in a friendly manner.

I had a very disappointing experience with the sales consultant Chloe. The interaction could have been more professional, and the consultant needed to provide viable solutions to my needs. Instead of offering practical help, they only referred me to external companies that are less reliable or beneficial than regular banks. My time could have been better, and I did not receive the assistance I sought. I think others should consider other options before they come to this company. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service. Edit: While I understand that customer service can be a challenging role, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated during our conversation. Chloe’s tone came across as unprofessional, and she seemed unfamiliar with my account history, specifically by asking about debts that had been paid off some time ago. This gave the impression that she lacked a proper understanding of the task at hand. I believe that with more comprehensive and intensive training, Chloe could develop the skills necessary to perform her role effectively. While I recognize that five years is a long time in a customer service role, I believe additional support and training would contribute to improved customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I trust that it will be taken constructively.
