Had to replace the windshield on my Lexus due to hail damage. When I emailed them, Hope responded within 24 hours. They were the only local business that responded that quickly. They were affordable and my windshield was replaced within 2 days. Hugo did a great job. It’s been a few weeks and I have not had any leaks.

I have used this company more than 3x, every time the service is competitive, reliable, and extremely professional. Having a windshield replace isn’t a pleasant experience to begin with, I’m so glad I found a company that comes to me, takes the stress out and most importantly, a company that I trust!

I was very impressed with these guys! I found a crack in my windshield late yesterday and I found them online. I filled out the online form and I received an email first thing today. I called to schedule and they were able to get out here at noon today. Todd arrived when he said he would. He also did a great job, I couldn't be happier with the repair. I will definitely use these guys again if I need to!

Just want to say thank you to Curt, Hope, and Hugo!! Cracked my windshield on my Mercedes and didn’t want to go with an aftermarket one. Contacted them and the O.E. needed to be ordered. Hope got it ordered immediately they received it a view days later we scheduled a day then come to find out it was shoot rain that day so had to reschedule. They were very professional cause they didn’t want any chance of rain getting in my vehicle with the windshield out. I really appreciated that they cared!! Hugo showed up at my house and was very professional got to work right away on it in my garage!! In 30 mins was done!! Thank you again I will recommend anyone I know that needs any glass replaced!! You have a customer for life!!

Hugo did a great job. Very professional. This was 2nd time we've used Auto Glass of Frisco. Hopefully we don't need to in the future, but since there are always small rocks on the highway, if we do, we will use them again!!!

Don't bother with anyone else for your windshield. They're super personable here, and the prices were below Safelite and others in the area. The tech that came out was on time, fast, and polite. Highly recommended!

On yesterday as I was driving on the freeway, the wonderful debris of rocks decided to hit my windshield (on the driver's side no less) and created a bullet hole chip that eventually spread...ughh so I knew I would need to replace the windshield. well I researched various places and stumbled upon Auto Glass of Frisco and read all of the great reviews so I went with them and I am so glad I did. I submitted my quote online and Curt emailed me within 30 minutes and I scheduled service for today. Hugo came to my home and arrived on time. The service only took 30 minutes and he did a great job. He explained everything to me as far as when to remove the tape, when it was safe to drive, when it was safe to wash my vehicle and he explained I had lifetime warranty on the service if any issues were to arise. Note..not lifetime warranty on glass..lol. If I ever have any auto glass repair/replacement issues going forward I will use them and I will be recommending my friends!

Put in for a quote online on Saturday night, heard back Sunday afternoon, glass was replaced at my house Monday morning. These guys are awesome.

I got a ton of quotes. This company had the most inexpensive quote for my VERY expensive windshield. I have a Ford Flex and the side mouldings on my car have to be replaced with the windshield also. They made our appointment quick. The technician was awesome!!! He allowed my girls to pull up chairs outside and and explained every step to their curious minds. He was quick and very nice. Can't give enough stars for their customer service and their prices!!!

Called around looking for a great deal because my windshield cracked and Kurt said they could come out and repair it for a great price. Hugo came to my house and called ahead of time, did a wonderful job and was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank yall so much!!

Hugo installed my glass and was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he do a perfect job on the installation, he clearly communicated how to maintain it for the next 48 hours. Hugo not only did the required work, but he empathized with my broken ankle and went above and beyond. He vacuumed my garage, driveway, and the entire back of my car to ensure there was no broken glass. He even pulled my car back in the garage. It’s rare to find a person like Hugo and I am so appreciative of him. I would highly recommend Auto Glass of Frisco.

Had Auto Glass out to my house to replace the windshield on our car earlier this year. They were quick to respond and gave an excellent price with the options I was looking for. The install tech was awesome. Great representative of the company. Well organized and did an excellent job. So great they are coming back out this week to replace the windshield on my sons car.
