Dear Avalon Team I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the hard work and excellent job your Technician Team has done. The carpet, glass panels, and windows in our office are spotless and look impeccable. This morning, I was the first person to enter the office, and the moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a wonderful fragrance that filled the entire space – it was truly refreshing and uplifting. A special thanks to Thang Nguyen for sharing the photographs of the completed work and for his diligent follow-up with me throughout the process. Your professionalism and attention to detail are highly appreciated. Moving forward, we would like to schedule your Technician Team to come in every six months for carpet shampooing and cleaning of glass panels and windows. Please let me know how we can proceed with this arrangement. Once again, thank you for your Technician Team's exceptional service!

Have been using Avalon for our office’s quarterly carpet cleaning since 2023. Service is prompt and reliable, and communication is made easy over WhatsApp. After each job, the carpets definitely feel much cleaner and fresher!

Another Fantastic Carpet Cleaning. I've used Avalon services for carpet cleaning a second time, and I'm just as impressed as I was the first. Their technicians are always on time, professional, and do an amazing job. As usual, Nelson Goh provides great service. This time, they tackled some particularly stubborn stains, and they managed to remove them completely. My carpets look and feel fresh and clean. I'm also grateful for their commitment to supporting non-profit organizations. Their support makes a real difference in our community.

I called up Gary for to help me out on cleaning my sofa, dining chairs and mattress. It’s all fabric and dusty accumulated over 7 years! And I’m glad that my home is smelling clean and more dust free. The team is incredibly helpful and went beyond their scope to remove remnant fibers on my floor from my cut carpet so it doesn’t get on to my furniture. On of that, this arrangement with Gary and team was also made pretty last minute and I’m really grateful! All in all, it’s Great service!

I have used their service for a few years. Easy to arrange. Price is reasonable. The workers are friendly. My carpet and mattress are very clean after the wash. They even showed me the dirty water. Fabulous service ! Once they help to remove wine stain completely from the fabric sofa. So happy with the service!

Thank you Nelson for the awesome service and trying your best everytime to fit my schedule for carpet collection and delivery. Also for explaining on the carpet cleaning service and attending to my queries. Kudos to Faizal and team for helping with moving the furnitures when removing and placing back the carpets. The furnitures are not light at all and it is these touches that made me choose Avalon over other providers. They also gave me a call before arriving.
