A/V Outfitters did a great job, from start to finish. Jim Smith listened to what I had in mind and spec’d the perfect combination of components. The hardware arrived quicker than I expected and the install began. Donovan and his team arrived on time, were polite, thorough and meticulous. Once the install was complete, Donovan spent the time needed, to us showing us everything we needed to know about how to operate our system. I would recommend A/V Outfitters to anyone looking for top notch, great sounding audio-video experience.

I lived in a bungalow on Hilton Head Island with outdated home technology and asked AVO for help. Their team redesigned and upgraded the Wi-Fi system, integrated surround sound, and added a new TV. Everyone I worked with had remarkable professionalism, integrity, and talent. (Whoever runs AVO must be brilliant!) Five stars are not enough.

Audio Visual Outfitter's service is the best we have from any supplier, in quite a long time. A couple of examples confirm our faith in their team. We lost internet service one month ago and recently had a security camera stop recording while out-of-town. In each instance, one call resolved the specific issue within minutes. It's that kind of service that makes us confident we made the right decision when building our new home. Entrusting AVO's knowledgable team when it came to our entire audio and video system design, installation and service. There is nothing worse than having a system go down and wait on qualified service (of some sort) to get things back up and running. You won't have that experience with AVO. Great team, great service.

The office staff and technicians at AV outfitters particularly Jim and Paul, but all of them for that matter, are respectful, knowledgeable and couldn’t be more accommodating to answer questions and solve any issues. My studio looks gorgeous!!! These lights are perfect. They illuminate my Pilates studio with just the right amount of light that’s soft with no glare. As clients are on pilates machines face up, they are looking at the ceiling. Everyone loves the new lights! Contemporary, sleek with a small footprint but a huge impact. Scott and his team provided an in-depth consultation to make sure my vision became a reality! Their staff not only surpass todays “typical professional”, but you can tell they are incredibly knowledgeable in their art and design. I just moved into Rose Hill a month ago. I decided to buy a 77" Sony TV. I reached out to Audio Video Outfitters. From start to finish it was an outstanding experience. The Sales Rep (Jim) visited my home to assess the situation and was most personable and very helpful advising me where to mount the TV. The Install Team did an exemplary job mounting the TV and running the electric and HDMI cables behind the wall, ensuring the room was spotless when they left. The whole team is highly qualified and highly responsive to calls and questions. The job was completed in very short order and I highly recommend you consider this firm for your AV needs.
