This office (Kayla Schaefer) does not seem interested in fixing the problem, just making followup appointments.

As a resident of Lakewood I wanted to go somewhere local to have my foot looked at. I was surprised this facility was so close. The staff is amazing! My doctor Prezioso is amazing! As most of us struggle to go somewhere to be seen by a doctor, this was definitely the right choice.

Bunion pain was cured from surgery by Dr. Saxon but the scarring is horrendous!! :(

Dr Schaefer was excellent!!! She was very knowledgeable and thorough! I would highly recommend her! She was very gentle with my 91 year old mother!!! Jennifer the assistant was also very helpful! The receptionist was very friendly,too. We will definitely be returning!!

Very clean and professional place. Staff was very sweet and they accept medicaid. Doctor Shaffer listened to my needs and made sure I left happy.

Place is an absolute joke. Will never use this place again. Never once received any sort of bill in the mail then they put me in collection. Don't waste your time going to this circus

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Saxon and his staff. My foot procedure was a success, and I can't say enough about how well they answered all my questions and followed up after surgery to check on my progress. Dr. Saxon and his team truly care about their patients, ensuring every step of the process is smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and genuine concern.

Dr.Most and his team Marsha,Concetta,Tiffany and everyone else I have had the pleasure of dealing with are amazing! Everyone is friendly , efficient and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better group to have help with my foot issue. Highly recommended!

To be honest, I had some major complications related to my treatment. But I do have to say the staff and doctors were very attentive, very considerate, and very kind. Nothing is perfect so I would like to say this organization is top-notch.

Dr. Saxon is an exceptional doctor who deserves every accolade possible. From the moment I stepped into his office, I felt welcomed and cared for. His expertise and professionalism was evident throughout my entire treatment journey. Not only did Dr. Saxon perform my surgery flawlessly, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, alleviating any concerns I had. His entire staff is exceptional especially Andrea. I highly recommend Dr. Saxon to anyone seeking top-notch care.

Dr. Hehemann was great! I was able to get my daughter as a new patient a same day appointment. Dr. Hehemann ordered xrays for a foot injury. My daughter was diagnosed and treated with a boot for 3 weeks for a Lisfranc injury. This could be a scary injury and very long recovery. I feel he diagnosed her properly which these injuries could be missed and mistreated. Dr. Hehemann was aggressive with treatment which in fact helped her get back to playing sports sooner than initially told.

Dr Saxon is an amazing Doctor and human being. He will take care of you in every possible way. I truly recommend anyone to seek his opinion because he really cares!! The entire office is amazing, they are accommodating, nice , relaxed and the best in Lake County.

Dr. Prezioso and the entire staff at Balance Foot & Ankle are phenomenal! The office is cozy and inviting. Plus, they have amazing zero gravity chairs in the exam rooms. It feels like a spa! Most importantly, Dr. Prezioso takes a holistic approach in understanding her patients and really gets to know you. She takes her time, does a wonderful job explaining things, and she’s not rushing to the next patient. I highly recommend Balance Foot & Ankle!

My experience with Balance Foot & Ankle Wellness Center was extremely positive. As someone who experiences a lot of issues with their feet, I felt immediately taken care of as soon as I called in for a same-day appointment to address some concerns with my foot. Dr. Schaefer took care of me and explained everything well, made me feel at ease, and really worked to help me start feeling immediate relief in my foot. I recommend coming here to anyone who is in need of something same-day!

Dr. Huntsman and his staff(Nancy, Heather and Mindy) were super professional and attentive to our needs. My husband went in with severe neuropathy pain and Dr. Huntsman took the time to listen to his concerns and issues when nobody else would. He was able to provide him with the proper care and make him feel better by the next visit.
