Our Air Conditioner with the Heat Pump stopped working. I call Balanced Air and they had a Service person there within hours. Eddie the Service tech, found the issue and arranged to have it fixed ,same day!! We did not want to be without heat in that Cold Snap. I recommend this company, Balanced Air is comparable with pricing, and they make sure their customers are taken care of. And, they called after service to make sure everything was good and we are satisfied. Thank you Balanced Air!

We call, them and they react accordingly to the problem on hand. In the past we have tried other AC companies that have failed to give us customer satisfaction. My husband and I had just returned from vacation and although the A/C was running, the house was unusually warm. So at 10:00 pm, we started calling companies that offered 24/7 service. One major company used AI, another one’s dispatcher stated someone would call us back and never did, and finally we reached Eddie from Balanced Air. He provided several options and we decided to have him come first thing the next morning. The next morning, Eddie called us first thing to confirm he was coming out to our house. Balanced Air also sent several text messages to inform us exactly when he would arrive to our home. Within an hour, our A/C was fixed, it was a faulty capacitor. Eddie was terrific, very knowledgable, professional, and honest with us. I would recommend this family-owned company, who treated our A/C issue with the upmost priority. The fee was reasonable and since we signed up as a new customer with their maintenance agreement, a discount was applied to the part. We had a terrific first time experience!

Fantastic throught the whole process. From start to finish they were kind, propmt, and communicative.They dealt with all the warranty part ordering for an AC system that I had installed by another company (that would not return my calls) and fixed it up brand new. Wish I had them do the initial installation of my unit and will be calling them to do any future projects or fixes.

I was having some issues with my AC and called Balanced Air. The technician arrived within the hour, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it by replacing a faulty part. Balanced Air is a excellent company, their Technician Jason is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He always explains fully what the issue is and brings comfort to his customers with his demeanor. I highly recommend them for your AC needs! So happy I signed up for the maintenance agreement!
