Great tour to see everything important in New York. Always important it is a walking tour. So put on good footwear. Mayan was super nice and friendly and we had a lot of fun with her. I can only recommend the tour. Thank you for the lovely day

Not very professional
Make sure you get trip insurance. We booked this Everglades tour with Pick up a few months before we would be in Miami. We traveled out of the country and arrived back in Miami very late in the day on and checked into our hotel we were planning on spending 9 days in Florida. We Live in Greensboro, North Carolina Central NC) and the morning of Oct. 2nd we spoke to our family in Greensboro and were told that they could not get in contact with relatives and friends who live in the Ashville NC and western NC.. We decided that we needed to get home, we spent the morning on Oct 2 ( 5 days before or tour with Banana Joe, trying to change flights and cancel hotel, car rental as well as this tour. Banana Joe does not have a phone number but we sent them an email asking if we could cancel , Never got a response but on Oct 6 we received an email telling us were they were going to pick us up
(this was a non reply email??? On Oct 7th the day of our tour we got a phone call from the pick up driver wanting to know where we were, we advised him that we had cancelled and he said well no one told him????and hung up. I sent another email to Banana Joe asking if they would refund or give some type of break on the cost???Never got a reply, I know they require a 7 day notice to cancel but I would think that they could have at least acknowledged and responded in some way.

Kombitour Everglades und Miamistadtrundfahrt
Wir haben eine deutschsprachige Tour gebucht. Unser Guide Domink konnte fließend deutsch und hat uns bereits auf dem Weg zu den Everglades mit Informationen und Anschauungsstücken auf die bevorstehende Tour eingestimmt.
Die Everglades Tour war spannend und interessant. Die Stadtrundfahrt durch Miami war sehr interessant und unterhaltsam. Dominik hat uns sehr viele Pausen gewährt und auch an Orte geführt wo man sonst nicht hinkommt.

Helt konge tur!
Banana Joe (Hagen) var helt konge!! Svarte raskt på epost, fikk all informasjon tilsendt, kom presis, bussen var helt sjef og Hagen kjørte "show" med guiding og historier hele veien. Hagen holdt styr på oss og det var god informasjon og oppfølging også under besøket i Everglades. Må oppleves!

This trip was great! I booked last minute and got picked up directly from my hotel the next morning. The tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my trip great. I don't know why some people trashed them. They were recommended by a friend and I was impressed.

Unser Tour war wirklich Mega gut
Sind in Miami von Hagen direkt am Schiff abgeholt worden. Und sind dann in die Everglades gefahren. Super organisiert und unterwegs hat Hagen viel über Land und Leute erzählt.
Würden die Tour jederzeit wieder buchen.

Evererglades und Miami mit Hagen
Hatten eine tolle Tour mit Hagen zu den Everglades und durch Miami. War es doch anfangs etwas zäh und die Informationen wirkten wie einstudiert, wurde es im 2. Teil (Miami Stadttour) deutlich besser. Man hat sehr viel gesehen und wurde auch mit persönlichen Tips und Informationen, sowie Insiderwissen von Hagen versorgt. Banana Joe ist empfehlenswert!!

DISAPPOINTING... FALSE ADVERTISING
From the moment I booked the Banana Joes Small Group Tour through Cool Destinations was an absolute GONG SHOW..
I received confirmation that I had paid within an hour, but was then told they would contact me to arrange a pick-up time the afternoon before. By 6:00pm I had heard nothing and there began my next 5 hours of phone calls, chats and emails.... On there end, the same spiel.. someone would contact us that night or next morning... obviously I didn't sleep
well as I had heard nothing by 12 when I tried to go to sleep. I set alarm for 7 and still heard nothing (the tour was supposed to start at 8). Luckily I received a what's app notification from tour guide that he was waiting for us and he gave us 5 minutes to dress and grab the van. We went to next stop and he waited 5 mins for a no-show.... Probably same thing that happened to us.
The small group tour was just a crappy uncomfortable van.
The guide himself was fine.
AS for the FALSE ADVERTISING-- Once at the Everglades Holiday Park (not the Everglades Park) we were put on a big boat, not the small boat pictured on the website and described as going speeds up to 80... no way.. was a crappy big boat that went maybe 40 and for one short 20 second burst.. the rest of the time (51 minutes not an hour) was spent trying to spot the elusive gator. We finally did at the end of the slow cruise to watch another airboat run it over... WTF
The only reason I gave 1 star was thats the lowest u can go, but the show after which I expected to be crappy was actually well done.. with rescued gators by the Gator Boys... only to go to the snack shop afterwards where they sell Gator bites

Combi Tour Everglades /Miami Stadtrundfahrt
Wir hatten die Combo mit Everglades Airboat und Stadtrundfahrt gebucht.
Unser Guide, Hagen, hat uns mit sehr viel Information und Insiderwissen versorgt.
Die Stadtrundfahrt war ein Highlight mit Star Island, Coconat Groove und Coral Gabels, Wynwood, Brickell.
Unsere Airboattour wurde von den Gator Boys im Holidaypark veranstaltet.
Leider haben wir in der
Bootstour keine Krokodile gesehen, was uns aber auch nicht wundert, bei dem Massentourismuss mit den vielen Menschen und Booten.

The business is a total scam, they are offering Miami Evergrade boat tour - and will inform (inform, one direction, no rooms to negotiate) customers very last minute the day before when and where to meet - and even I contact them right beck saying the meeting time and location didn't work they will never reply you or respond back - then you would request Viator for rescheduling - this operator still never responded then they will reject any refund - this is what they do to make tons of money - by overbooking 2x tourists knowing the timing they gave only 50% can make it, then refuse refunds for any way and never responded any customer messages or calls then they make 2x money- should have local legal authority literally take a serious look of the company - and before you book anything - read all the 1-2stars comments, this happened to hundreds of customers.

Unser Guide Hagen hat uns in seinem Van an einem zentral gelegenen Parkplatz abgeholt und uns innerhalb weniger Stunden die zahlreichen Facetten von Miami gezeigt, detailliert erklärt und auch erleben lassen.
Es gab immer mal kurz Foto-Pausen aber auch 2 Pausen, in denen wir selbst den Ocean-Drive und das Künstlerviertel Vynwood für etwa 20-30 Minuten erleben und einatmen konnten.
Natürlich kann man in so kurzer Zeit nicht alles aufnehmen, daher empfiehlt ich die Tour zu Beginn des Miami-Urlaubs, um sich für die kommenden Tage inspirieren zu lassen.
Wir waren etwa 10 Gäste im Van (3 Parteien). Hagen sprach über Headset-Mikrofon und spielte auch immer mal passende Musik ein. Technisch super gelöst: Hagen war immer glasklar verständlich und dennoch war die Gruppe klein genug, um auch mal Fragen einwerfen zu können.
