Wir haben die deutschsprachige Tour in die Everglades mit Wildtiershow und Stadtrundfahrt durch Miami gebucht.
Es war ein ein wundervoller Tag, mit tollen Eindrücken und Einblicken. Unser Reiseleiter Hagen ( aus Rostock stammend) war einfach klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Liebe Grüße von Claudia und Hartmut aus Sachsen

Great tour to see everything important in New York. Always important it is a walking tour. So put on good footwear. Mayan was super nice and friendly and we had a lot of fun with her. I can only recommend the tour. Thank you for the lovely day

We had a great day with Mayan. We have seen many great places in New York and you could answer any questions. The ferry ride was also nice. Although it was quite cold, the 6 hours passed quickly.

I had booked a 6-hour private tour with my girlfriend. It was just great. We have received so much information and tips for tourists. Our guide was just great and spoke perfect German. I can only recommend it to anyone! This tour is worth every penny! Thank you! We'll be back next time!

Not very professional
Make sure you get trip insurance. We booked this Everglades tour with Pick up a few months before we would be in Miami. We traveled out of the country and arrived back in Miami very late in the day on and checked into our hotel we were planning on spending 9 days in Florida. We Live in Greensboro, North Carolina Central NC) and the morning of Oct. 2nd we spoke to our family in Greensboro and were told that they could not get in contact with relatives and friends who live in the Ashville NC and western NC.. We decided that we needed to get home, we spent the morning on Oct 2 ( 5 days before or tour with Banana Joe, trying to change flights and cancel hotel, car rental as well as this tour. Banana Joe does not have a phone number but we sent them an email asking if we could cancel , Never got a response but on Oct 6 we received an email telling us were they were going to pick us up
(this was a non reply email??? On Oct 7th the day of our tour we got a phone call from the pick up driver wanting to know where we were, we advised him that we had cancelled and he said well no one told him????and hung up. I sent another email to Banana Joe asking if they would refund or give some type of break on the cost???Never got a reply, I know they require a 7 day notice to cancel but I would think that they could have at least acknowledged and responded in some way.

Banana Joe (Hagen) var helt konge!! Svarte raskt på epost, fikk all informasjon tilsendt, kom presis, bussen var helt sjef og Hagen kjørte "show" med guiding og historier hele veien. Hagen holdt styr på oss og det var god informasjon og oppfølging også under besøket i Everglades. Må oppleves!

This trip was great! I booked last minute and got picked up directly from my hotel the next morning. The tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my trip great. I don't know why some people trashed them. They were recommended by a friend and I was impressed.

Unser Tour war wirklich Mega gut
Sind in Miami von Hagen direkt am Schiff abgeholt worden. Und sind dann in die Everglades gefahren. Super organisiert und unterwegs hat Hagen viel über Land und Leute erzählt.
Würden die Tour jederzeit wieder buchen.

Evererglades und Miami mit Hagen
Hatten eine tolle Tour mit Hagen zu den Everglades und durch Miami. War es doch anfangs etwas zäh und die Informationen wirkten wie einstudiert, wurde es im 2. Teil (Miami Stadttour) deutlich besser. Man hat sehr viel gesehen und wurde auch mit persönlichen Tips und Informationen, sowie Insiderwissen von Hagen versorgt. Banana Joe ist empfehlenswert!!

DISAPPOINTING... FALSE ADVERTISING

From the moment I booked the Banana Joes Small Group Tour through Cool Destinations was an absolute GONG SHOW..

I received confirmation that I had paid within an hour, but was then told they would contact me to arrange a pick-up time the afternoon before. By 6:00pm I had heard nothing and there began my next 5 hours of phone calls, chats and emails.... On there end, the same spiel.. someone would contact us that night or next morning... obviously I didn't sleep
well as I had heard nothing by 12 when I tried to go to sleep. I set alarm for 7 and still heard nothing (the tour was supposed to start at 8). Luckily I received a what's app notification from tour guide that he was waiting for us and he gave us 5 minutes to dress and grab the van. We went to next stop and he waited 5 mins for a no-show.... Probably same thing that happened to us.

The small group tour was just a crappy uncomfortable van.

The guide himself was fine.

AS for the FALSE ADVERTISING-- Once at the Everglades Holiday Park (not the Everglades Park) we were put on a big boat, not the small boat pictured on the website and described as going speeds up to 80... no way.. was a crappy big boat that went maybe 40 and for one short 20 second burst.. the rest of the time (51 minutes not an hour) was spent trying to spot the elusive gator. We finally did at the end of the slow cruise to watch another airboat run it over... WTF

The only reason I gave 1 star was thats the lowest u can go, but the show after which I expected to be crappy was actually well done.. with rescued gators by the Gator Boys... only to go to the snack shop afterwards where they sell Gator bites

Wir hatten die Combo mit Everglades Airboat und Stadtrundfahrt gebucht.
Unser Guide, Hagen, hat uns mit sehr viel Information und Insiderwissen versorgt.
Die Stadtrundfahrt war ein Highlight mit Star Island, Coconat Groove und Coral Gabels, Wynwood, Brickell.
Unsere Airboattour wurde von den Gator Boys im Holidaypark veranstaltet.
Leider haben wir in der
Bootstour keine Krokodile gesehen, was uns aber auch nicht wundert, bei dem Massentourismuss mit den vielen Menschen und Booten.
