We met with John and Letyce from Basements by Bek to discuss finishing our basement. John arrived at our home promptly and provided a reasonable estimate for the work, which was within our proposed budget. While it wasn't the lowest estimate we received, we immediately felt comfortable with John and trusted that he would deliver quality work without surprises or sloppy results. Both John and Letyce kept us informed throughout the initial planning process. John even advised against adding a bathroom, noting it likely wouldn't be used regularly and would significantly increase costs. I truly appreciated his transparency and that he prioritized the customer's best interest over seeking additional profit. A few months later, we now have a beautifully finished basement, perfect as a play area for our young kids during the winter. We also have a home gym with padded flooring and an area for my wife and me to use for board games or as a future bar once we can reclaim some space from the kids. We are incredibly grateful to John and his entire team. The entire process was worry-free; we always felt informed, and the completed work looks incredible—exactly what we expected given John's professionalism throughout our entire engagement. I highly recommend considering Basements by Bek for your future basement projects.

My new favorite place! John provided quality work at a fair price. He offered excellent options and solutions to problem areas resulting in a stylish and functional living space. He paints the exposed ceiling black, stunning! It provides texture and depth making the low height appear taller. My favorite feature. My basement is beautiful, I’m pleased and I highly recommend!

Basement remodel was done very efficiently, and to their own high standards. Would use them again when for other projects. Pricing was good in part due to their efficiency, which saved costs of drawn out project.

Bröker Painting and Remodeling just completed a total bathroom remodel for me. I have an older home (built in 1936) and you can imagine the surprises they found when they started opening up the ceiling, walls, and floor. They easily dealt with every obstacle they encountered. Bröker’s crew members were pleasant to work with and sticklers for detail. The owner, John Moore, was also involved in the project as needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before they called the project complete. I can highly recommend their work.

I had contracted John Moore, owner of Brokar Painting and Remodeling for three different jobs on three occasions. The first was after a storm flooded and destroyed the inside of my 3-car garage. John and his crew had to tear out and rebuild the whole inside structure. When the job was completed, the results were more than I had ever expected. This crew was experienced, professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and reasonably priced. I couldn’t have asked for more. The second time I called John I wanted my house updated a bit. This was to replace carpeting with a wood flooring in the dining room and living room and replacing all the trim and door casings which were stained to match the new flooring. Along with that, fresh paint in all rooms throughout the house. I was extremely pleased with the beautiful new look all around. When another storm hit last October, a tree was knocked down in the backyard and did some serious damage to the house. It took down electrical wires and tore off the siding, exposing the whole back wall and part of the roof. Again, I turned to Brokar Painting and Remodeling. John was consistent in his expertise, work ethics, and fair pricing. This is a company I highly recommend and I would hire again without hesitation.

John and his crew helped my parents with a remodel and were so helpful through the whole process! Quick to respond. Happy to answer any of their crazy questions and did everything they could do make my parents vision come to life! Will always recommend 10/10.

We hired Brokar Painting for a complete exterior refresh and it is fantastic! We had sun fade and oxidation on the whole side of the house, woodpecker damage, rotted wood, etc. The owner John took the time to explain the options and details for addressing the issues. John exceeded my expectations on quality of the work and his pricing. His expertise was also really helpful when we were deciding to change the color of the house from the original color. I hired them that day and the work was completed a few days later. The items they worked on look great and I sold my house the very next day. Great people and made getting the repairs easy.
