ค่อนข้างแย่ค่ะทำออเดอร์ลูกค้าตกหล่น สั่งไป2ตะกร้า ชำระเงินเรียบร้อยยอด5พันกว่า สรุปทางร้านส่งมาให้แค่ตะกร้าเดียว และบอกจะรับผิดชอบด้วยการส่งตะกร้าใหม่มาให้(แต่มันไม่ทันแล้วเพราะรีบใช้) ทางร้านจึงจะคืนเงินให้ หลังจากนั้นบอกว่ากำลังส่งเรื่องให้บัญชีโอนเงินคืนให้ สรุปผ่านไปหลายชั่วโมงแล้ว ยังไม่ได้เงินคืนเลยค่ะ รบกวนปรับปรุงหน่อยนะคะ

Their service is bad, and when they send flowers they do not communicate with the customer if he has a suggestion to be added before sending flowers, and there are many flower shops that are better than them in terms of service.

We noticed that there might have been some confusion, as the cake you received was our Macadamia Caramel Cake Delight, not a carrot cake. The base of this cake is a sponge cake, which has a moist texture but isn’t as soft as a chiffon cake. The caramel is traditionally sweet, which might not suit everyone’s taste. We truly care about all customer feedback, and your satisfaction is our top priority. To make it right, we would love the opportunity to bake a new cake for you. We can use a chiffon base for a softer texture and adjust the caramel to be less sweet. If you could please provide us with the order number, we would be happy to send this new version to the recipient to try. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Director Team. Here is the order #168597. Although I had reported this right after receipt, but no one seemed to want to remedy it. I would be happy if you will fix this.
