We have purchased outdoor furniture and living and family room furniture from Bassett Furniture. We have been completely satisfied with their quality and service. Jay and the others in the store are all great to work with. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture. They have been our go to furniture store.

Recently, my wife and I were shopping for furniture for our new home at the Bassett store in San Marcos, CA, where we met Jay, the store manager. Jay could not have been more helpful - he was not only professional, but very knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to listen to our thoughts and answer our questions, so we could make the right decisions on the furniture we needed. He was also friendly and easy to deal with. We were very satisfied and will certainly continue to shop at Bassett furniture, where we feel has the best furniture in the area! Mike C.

Cheyenne was excellent in customer service. Polite, professional, timely. It's hard to find this type of customer service in this day and age.

I was surprised by the number of Stressless and IMG chairs which I was looking for. The designer was very helpful explaining features and options. I ended up buying two power recliners with lots of features and they were on sale.

The Bassett store in San Marcos had exactly what my wife was looking for in bedroom furniture. The sales rep Donna was awesome. She was very nice, informative, and not pushy. Everything about our visit was perfect. We purchased a complete bedroom set, and awaiting the delivery.

Bassett's warranty service is the best. They came within a week of notifying the store that there was an issue. They had the part they needed, and fixed the issue in 20 minutes.

Zara was very professional and helpful. She provided excellent customer service. The entire staff at the San Marcos location were attentive yet not intrusive. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely do business with them again.
