Bavarian has serviced my 3 Mini’s and 1 BMW over the last 10 years. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fair price. Good guys!

Hands down the best BMW or MINI COOPER service shop in town, reasonable and very professional, still the best.

I am impressed with the level of service I experienced, in the past Ive taken the car to the BMW Service Dptt in Alpharetta, unfortunately my car was in real danger after they did a very expensive repair in the coolant system that should have been more thorough, needless to say my car's engine could have suffered greatly had this shop not examine it in detail. AJ went above and beyond to explain the issues, was very compassionate and transparent, and help me every step of the way. Provided solutions, stepped in and took extra time to coordinate services for the car to save me time, so when I left the shop I would be safe. I can't express enough how this level of service impacted me as I felt overwhelmed by the issues. I am so grateful to AJ for taking the lead, being so responsive, so respectful, and efficient. When I picked up my car they gave me a flower and sent me on my way with a great working car. It is in the details of the experience where we go from satisfied customers to raving fans. They are my go-to now and I want all of my friends to experience the same service I got. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Took my 2003 BMW back to them after it was sitting for about 6 years and they restored it and it's running perfect now. Highly recommend them and really care about their customers. A++ service!

I brought my vehicle to Bavarian Motor Cars after 3 other mechanics misdiagnosed it for almost a year. BMC found out all the issues, explained it in language a non-mechanic would understand, and got the job done ASAP. They communicated perfectly and I am so thankful for this shop! I hate that I didn't start with them. Not all specialty mechanics are the same, but Bavarian Motor Cars is the leading specialty shop in the area.

This place is amazing! Very professional. No high pressure to sell you something you don’t need and can’t afford. I waited this morning for my car and had the opportunity to hear AJ and Ian interacting with several customers on the phone. They were polite, professional, no one was rushed to get off the phone. I heard Ian say to a caller who called them by mistake, I’d love to have your business. Ian answered questions from this mistaken caller and was very patient. AJ is always in a great mood and is careful to explain things in a way that is understandable. We found them by google so I hope anyone else who does a google search finds this and calls them. They are worthy of so many more stars! Love them!!!

The service team at Bavarian Motors is always first class - Family owned and operated - I only trust them with the service/ repairs of my Mini Cooper They are the best in the Business!!

I've become a regular customer at Bavarian Motor Cars. My daughter's 2013 BMW X1 is of an age that preventative maintenance is a must, as she plans to keep the car for a while. The guys at BMC are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and, above all, honest. I have complete trust in them when they make recommendations on what needs attention now and what can wait. Wouldn't take her car anyplace else.

Had my usual great experience - brought in my Z4 for scheduled service, work was done timely, and everyone I encountered was pleasant/helpful. Will continue to use and would definitely recommend

These guys rock! I had a very complex issue with a 2018 AMG car. Many shops turned the job down and MB ignored it. These guys took it on and did a great job! Their communication was awesome, price was competitive and they even through in some small things they found along the way. I am very pleased. Don't be scared to bring your M and AMG cars here. They have the expertise and don't treat you poorly like MB will surely do!

I have never meet such wonderful awsome people. They deserve 100 stars. They worked on my 2013 BMW 750 LI. They kept me posted on everything,from what was needed to be replace and also things to be aware of in the future. It’s like they are Doctors there😊. They knew exactly what was wrong with my Car. Aj and his crew I have the up most respect for them. I will always take my car there for them to look at and fix. They treated me like family. I appreciate every last one of them. I am a new customer and had a great first experience. I was having issues with the air suspension on my X5 along with some other minor issues and common maintenance needed. Not wanting to use a dealership, I did some searching and came across Bavarian Motor Cars and the reviews were positive. I filled out a the form to schedule an appointment on their website and briefly described the issues I was having. The next morning I got a call from AJ and he was very familiar with what I was experiencing. They were able to work me in to drop off my car the next day. After being inspected by a tech, I got a full, detailed report that was easy to read and understand and I spoke with AJ about the work I wanted completed. He gave me accurate pricing that matched the final bill and the work was done in a very timely manner. Upon arrival to pickup my car, I was informed that they ordered the part and repaired my damaged seat control for me free of charge to show their appreciation for being a new customer. I did not even point this out to them when dropping off the car. The dealership gave me an insane price to fix it in the past so I just left if alone. They noticed it and repaired it. It was a very pleasant surprise. I found them to be very honest and trustworthy and the quality of the work done was excellent. From start to finish, my first experience with Bavarian Motor Cars was 5 stars. I am glad I found them - I will never bring my car back to the dealership!

I have been going to MBT of Atlanta for 2 years Kevin has always given me the best customer service. This week my car had a mayor repair and Kevin call my warranty company so that they could pay for the repairs. He called me every day to let me know what the status of my car was. I’m so grateful for his excellent customer service. His is the best.
