The girls are here about 45 mins earlier than scheduled and I find that a bit out of order esp since we were not ready for them. So far they seem energetic so will hold out my opinion on the work, lol. The other problem I have is that NONE of them speak English.
Now that they’ve done Cleaning, I have to say they are so thorough. It is great. You will not be sorry if you get these ladies they are very efficient and do more than what I thought they would be doing and I will have them back again.

I’ve had several rather debilitating health issues over the last 18 months and my house has kind of gotten away from me. Miss Diana visited and we made a plan to get the place cleaned up and under control, starting with deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The crew dug right in the minute they arrived. My master bath is cleaner than it was the day I moved in! The other bath & kitchen are sparkling, too! I highly recommend B2clean!

Очень плохо чистят
У меня 3х местный текстильный диван, чищу его каждый год. Мастер, который делал мне раньше химчистку уехал, мне нужно было почистить диван пока никого дома не было. Нашла в поиске и связалась по вотсап с B2clean, быстро ответили, расписали, как чистят и чем пользуются. Договорились о приезде.
Приехав, мастер тут же объявил, что нужна будет доплата, тк есть сложные пятна. Мы не согласились и попросили сделать обычную химчистку без допсредств. Химчистка к слову длилась примерно пол часа, мастер распылил средство и сразу запустил пылесос, даже не ждал пока подействует средство.
Я приехала домой на следующий день и, сев на диван, почувствовала как-будто не смыли средство, те диван ещё и плохо промыли после химии. И кстати подушки от дивана были не тронуты
Сколько пользовалась химчисткой дивана, с таким «качеством оказания услуги» не сталкивалась.
Я написала в компанию, меня отослали к мастеру и на самом сайте нельзя оставить отзыв, мне так и не ответили.
Вот так, поспешила и зря деньги и время потратила(

Ms. Diana and her crew arrived ready to work! They communicated well with me, even when they were delayed due to a traffic accident. Those ladies worked hard and were so very thorough! This was a post construction clean up, with loads of dust everywhere and debris on the lanai. They even cleaned the hurricane shutters and screens! This condo sparkled and smelled great as a result of their efforts. The price was right and the response was quick. I highly recommend them!
