Hatte die Sunset Dessert Safari ab Salalah direkt gebucht, da mir Beautiful Salah-Tour aufgrund einer anderen Buchung die Anfrage mit Link zu ihrer Ausschreibung geschickt hat, mit 4 Personen-Gruppentour zu 95 US$ oder 380 US$ total. Man musste dann dem WhatsApp Chat beitreten, um alle Infos zu erhalten. Aufgrund der geteilten Teilnehmerliste waren dann 6 Personen drauf. Ich habe also angefragt, wie sie das machen wollen, da ja alle einen Fensterplatz wollen und nicht 6 Personen in den Wagen gequetscht werden können, zumal es für 4 Personen beworben wird (erhaltener Link Website). Auch kann ja dann der Preis nicht mehr der gleiche sein wie für 4 Personen. Statt einer Erklärung wurde ich kommentarlos aus der Gruppe und somit dem Anlass entfernt (Vertragsbruch - ich hatte ja bereits bezahlt!)

Ich habe dann über GetYour Guide nochmals gebucht. Leider sieht man erst nach dem Buchungsabschluss welcher Anbieter dahintersteckt. Es war wieder Beautiful Salalah Tours. Sie haben mir darauf ein WhatsApp gesandt, dass sie gesehen hätten dass ich über GetYour Guide gebucht und bezahlt hätte. Kurz darauf sendet mir GetYour Guide einen Storno, da die Tour "ausgebucht" sei.

Beautiful Salalah Tour halte ich für unseriös, kritikunfähig, unprofessionell im Verhalten, nicht kundenorientiert und mit dem Verdacht die Kunden über den Tisch zu ziehen.

Ich hatte allerdings auch eine der zwei bereits gebuchten Touren, die Dank Ali Qahoor sehr gut war.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we must respectfully clarify several inaccuracies in your review.

Our tour offerings are clearly stated on our website and booking platforms. For private tours, the number of people per car varies based on the booking – typically 4, but it can be up to 6 if requested and agreed upon by the private booking. Group tours, on the other hand, operate with a minimum of 2 people and may include up to 6 participants depending on the bookings on that day. This is standard in the industry. The car for 4 people is different and for 6 people it’s different. For 6 people the car is specious.

Regarding your behavior: after your booking, you were added to the group WhatsApp as part of our effort to provide smooth coordination and transparent communication for all guests. However, your conduct in the group was disrespectful, aggressive, and made other valued guests uncomfortable. Despite our attempts to explain, your repeated threats to demand a discount or change the setup led us to remove you from the group for the sake of the tour experience for others.

Being a solo traveler, you already received the best available rate. Yet, instead of constructive dialogue, you made baseless accusations and threats, which is not acceptable. After being removed, you tried to rebook through a different platform, and when the system detected your previous behavior and booking, the tour was marked as unavailable.

We are proud to have thousands of happy guests and positive reviews, and while we understand not every experience can meet expectations, we will not tolerate false claims or manipulative behavior.

That said, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed one of our other tours with Ali Qahoor and hope you can remember that experience as a reflection of our team’s dedication.

West Salalah Tour
Ein unerwarteter und schöner Tag mit freundlichen und sympathischen Leuten von unserer Gruppe. Viele Orte besichtigt von den Bergen bis zum Strand. Der Reiseführer hat sehe interessante Sachen erzählt, hat uns Fotos und Videos gemacht. Man viel Zeit sich die Orte anzuschauen, fotografieren und die Zeit genießen.

Amazing desert tour
I joined the tour guided by Ali and it was pretty comfortable experience with the awesome guide and really friendly crews. And I had quite unique experiences visiting frankincense sites, not only the desert.

Good but no more
Interesting tour but the mosque was closed to tourists because of Ramadan.The tomb of the prophet Ayub (Job for Christians) has puzzled us a little ... We expected something bigger!Visiting the souks and other shops allows to finalize the purchase of his souvenirs ...The Museum of Incense explains the history of this culture.

It was a very interesting and very informative half-day city tour accompanied by Rashid - the nicest, most helpful and engaged tour guide we could have. Apart from our schedule we visited many more places, heard a lot of interesting stories about Omans life and are very thankful for this experience!
