Unreliable and disrespectful
Delivery estimate came and went with no word from them. I chased 4 times and was promised I would hear back from planning team which never called or emailed me, just blatantly ignored me on phone, email and social media.
When I called the 5th time and was told their informal estimate was later still and still unconfirmed, I told I needed the bed by the end of the week (5th week from order when deliver estimate was 2 weeks) and I was met with a condescending immensely rude attitude offering no intention at all to solve the issue I have (I have overseas guests arriving with nowehere to sleep now) and a "that's the best we can do, it's a handmade product, tough luck" attitude. Spoke to me like I wouldn't speak to anyone, let alone a customer.
Bottom line is this is a company that cannot be trusted and they think that is ok and their right to leave you hanging and deliver when they can be bothered. They were keen enough to get my order but then never bothered with an update and left me in a situation where I don't have the bed I need and I don't have any time to find an alternative.
Making handmade products does not give you the right to miss timelines, break promises to update your customer, ignore their needs and be outright disrespectful to them.
I regret it bitterly that I ever trusted them, sincerely recommend you do not make the same mistake.

Poor products and customer service
Absolutely terrible products, bad customer service and awful refund service. Firstly flat pack instructions were not clear, qaulity of product was not good enough (followed instructions down to a t and the draws don’t line up! The quality of the fixings are awful and don’t pull anything tightly, the carcass feels loose and rickety, really cheap quality furniture that’s not solid,and will fall apart in a few months of being assembled). Then when asked to refund us, they said they wouldn't be able to refund the bedside tables as I had already made them up, but wanted us to dismantle and box them back up to get any refund back on the other 2 products which we hadnt unpacked yet and we had to pay for the products to get delivered back to them costing us another 150 which was not worth it. Really, really think hard before you order from BedKings, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Their products are cheap for a reason and disgusting customer service

Absolutely awful service
I ordered a set of 3 items one including a chest of drawers back in January, first they sent out a faulty item which I understand can happen and they said they would sort it straight away... they took ages to replace the item but was delivered to my old address, once I received the replacement we then realised it was the wrong colour, so at this point we requested a refund as it was taking too long to sort out they refused to give us a refund and said they would send out another replacement to the new address... yesterday it arrived yet again at the old address, and was yet again told by someone over messenger that I could not have a refund and it would be sorted with another replacement... 3 months and it is still not resolved.. I am absolutely disgusted by this service and will definitely never be buying anything from here again.. they told me they are a family run business. But they clearly don't care about there customers.
