There was a prompt response and visit to the first contact. The door adjustments made and tuneup have greatly improved its operation. The charges were reasonable. He also checked at a local building material store for a door part that was need of replacement but was not part of the work done during this visit.

Brad came out to my home quickly and replaced a broken garage door spring. The service was done very quickly and very affordable. I called, Brad came the following day, not only was he spot on time, he assessed the problem and had everything available in his well equipped truck. He fixed it, and it is running like a gem. We worked with Brad on replacing a garage door that got damaged during the recent Portland ice storm by our runaway parked car! Brad was easy to work with and had great suggestions. His quote was priced well. The new garage door is quieter, more efficient and the quality is excellent. He also suggested adding strips of wood as we had a small gap between the house and garage door that we didn't know about, which was making the garage colder. Overall, Brad was on time, completed the job well and left the garage area very clean. We are very happy and would recommend him to anyone.
