A Stellar Experience at Bejewel I came across Bejewel back in 2021 when shopping around for an engagement ring. Fran and Andrew's expertise and warm welcome were refreshing, with both guiding me through the whole process of designing a custom 18ct white gold engagement ring that my now-wife absolutely loves. To this day, compliments on her wedding set and diamond earrings (all from Bejewel) continue - even receiving praise from Tiffany & Co. in NYC on our honeymoon! Bejewel isn't just a store; it's a family-run business that truly cares. I highly recommend them for their stunning custom jewelry and exceptional service.

Thank you Luis! The ring turned out very nicely! Don't forget my jewellery cleaner is always on, so when your partner is Cairns call in and have it cleaned - I will bring the bling back:). Diamonds attract grease. With kids we are put sunscreen on them all the time and the diamonds need a good clean every now and then to bring that extra sparkle back! Free of charge of course!

It’s been 1 month since our engagement and I can’t stop looking at my ring!!!! My partner and I made one and only one stop and it was at Bejewel. My partner and I knew nothing about diamonds or the process of buying a ring. Andrew took his time to explain EVERYTHING to us. The rings we wanted were a little outside of budget so we came back a few hours later wanting some advice. Francesca gave us 5 or 6 different options within our budget and we ended up getting the one wanted from the beginning! I can’t thank you two enough. Your kindness, warmness and professionalism throughout the process was truly appreciated.

Francesca and Andrew are fantastic. Great to deal with, fantastic quality jewellery, fast service and good prices. We were last minute looking for a ruby ring for our sons 21st and they were able to get the ring we wanted and set at very short notice. I cannot recommend Bejewel Fine Jewellery high enough. After nearly 13 years of wear, I took my rings to get rhodium plated and cleaned by Andrew. They came up like brand new! Very special to be able to have them looked after by the same person who made them. Really appreciate Andrew and Fran's attention to detail and excellent service.

Like painting, all the work is in the preparation. The better the polish before, the better the result. I just had to piece together different aspects and combine them into one ring that you would love! Yes we are particular, I like to think of myself as a fine brushstroker - the difference between 5mm and 5.50mm might not sound like much, but it does! It's all about getting the balance right.

My experience was super smooth. My first visit in-store was eye catching and I instantaneously found my than fiancée’s ring. It was so beautiful with a price to match. Francesca and Andrew were both so lovely with their customer service and catered to all my requests. With my location being permanently in Thursday Island, they were super flexible with arranging a ring for myself too and innovative in getting perfect sizes. Most negotiations were done via email and over the phone due to the distance and ever tiny detail was captured with very prompt responses. I can’t thank them both enough for the very pleasant services and experiences. My wife and I are so grateful for the most beautiful rings to symbolise our eternal promises to one another! Highly recommended!
