Amazing as always!! The service is perfection, have taken our German shepherd here quite a few times the owners are extremely friendly and always happy to go the extra mile for their guest's, would never stay anywhere else when traveling through to stay in Dunedin:)

☺ Good plunger coffee
☹ Commercial carpet cleaner came in around 0830am to clean units and was very noisey. No prior warning they were coming. Could have waiting till after 10am as they were blocking carpark as well.

1 bedroom studio compact but comfortable, adequate for the business traveller. Staff always available & room super clean. Pleasant 15 min walk to cafes opposite Knox Church, then onto CBD proper

Nice and clean rooms with all the needed equipment. Friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to stay an extra night during the State of Emergency. Location of motel was good, close to the CBD.
